This place is top notch. I come in once a week at least. Everyone in there knows my name, and the service is great. Im generally in and out. Today i got there a few minutes after closing and they waved me in and still made my deposit. Not sure what else you could ask for. Keep up the good service!!

I could have banked anywhere in Idaho and apparently I chose poorly. The other reviews that say they got the runaround, no joke. The same thing happened to us. We applied for a business loan. We got 6 weeks of the runaround by a male chauvinist. Women beware. When they finally got back to us, they said they don't do this type of loan. They could have told us that weeks ago and we would have been on our way. Epic waste of time.

Just went in to open a checking account at CapEd in Kuna. We're brand new to the area. Two SRs were busy with customers. One staff member was in their office, seemingly doing nothing ,and watched as the lobby filled with people in line, but did not come out to help or inquire. Waited a good 5+ minutes and we were then called up. When we said we wanted to open a checking account, we were told to wait for a form the SR printed. When the SR handed us the form, she said to sit down and fill out the 7 questions. It took less time to fill out the form that it did for her to walk to and from the printer (name, ss#, address, security Q&A, phone, and email). When we said we'd just fill in the form right there and then, we were told that the other seven customers behind us needed to be attended to first because it takes 15 minutes to open a checking account. The SR made no inquiry about what any of the other folks in line were there to do. We were just pushed to the end of the line. We've heard such great things about CapEd's Kasasa checking accounts. Kasasa accounts are surely fantastic, but cannot overcome poor customer service. I'm not certain, but I think there are close to a hundred Idaho financial institutions that would love our business and so we're on to find Kasasa accounts at a bank that values people and focuses on a great customer experience.

I am shocked by the poor customer service the hire up employees have. I have been with CapEd for decades. At this point I'm concerned going through the hell of closing all my accounts because I'm so disappointed with the customer service.

I think this branch was very good when they were open. That is the problem - Cap Ed closed it down due to covid in March I think and will NOT re- open it till new one is built near DB. So new one will not be open till NOV/ DEC! Please be honest with your customers and put permanently closed on website cause ' temporary" is totally dishonest / lie. You have no intention of opening current location ever again!!!

We, too, want to provide services that are safe for both our employees and members during the COVID-19 pandemic challenges. Our management team’s intention has never been to remove our Kuna branch from service availability until the new location is ready for occupancy. Currently, the Kuna branch, along with most other CapEd locations, is available for lobby interactions on an appointment basis. Our branch management team is closely monitoring the impacts of COVID-19 on our community and operations and is desirous to reopen all locations to walk-in traffic when it is deemed safe to do so. Very unsatisfied. In the past it only took one day to apply and get a loan for both my cars. Went to get a boat loan took 3 full days. Got the run around every day. Finally I told the lady doing loans there that she has one hour to finish my documents (on the 3rd day). Imagine that, she got it finished. I will never go to this branch again. And will never recommend it.
