Horrible service! Won’t answer phone calls or Emails in a timely matter. Took two days to get a pay off quote for my husband’s truck so we know how much $$ to give them exactly. Also charge $20 fee for making a payment if you don’t bank with them. Do not recommend.

Can't get a dam lein release from them. Everytime I call they say they will call me back. Getting really tired of it. Should've had it 4 years ago and I'm still trying to get one today 4/4/22

I have only had one loan through these guys and I am so very disappointed. 20$ fee now matter how you make a payment, they said we missed a payment in February and when we said we had made all payments and even made 2 payments last month the representative got very rude and just told us to figure it out. Every single time we talk to them we just feel horrible about going here. I'm just greatly disappointed that my educated decision is one of the worst situations I've dealt with when coming to loans.

We had our time wasted here. With two signers with a a credit score of 730 and and the other a 650. With a proof of income more than able to manage the payments. They could "only" work a loan of 12.8% annual interest rate which involved me paying over $400 a month in interest and the other 380 going toward principle. If you are looking for a fair and decent human beings that are not greedy and looking to rob you of your hard earned money I definitley would not recommend you going to this insulting/disrespectful so called business.

Two days I've tried calling and have been on hold for over 20 min waiting to speak to a live person. This is ridiculous. Answer the phone.

I have several different bank accounts that I am always withdrawing and depositing money from one of those accounts in to this one for my car payment and it has always been easy for me to do that. Thank you for the easy access and the simplicity.

i have gone twice to pay my bill. not open. it would be nice if they updated google to let the customers know the lobby is closed
