    The McMillan and Cloverdale branch of CapEd has been my go-to branch for the past 15 years. While the staff has changed over that time, a few of the employees there have been at that location for several years. We have always been treated with kindness, respect, and an unfailing positive attitude - whether it was sitting down with a loan refinance officer or just interacting with the tellers at the front or in the drive-through. These people know and practice exceptional customer service!

    Love this Bank when we first got there!! Now you deposit a check it takes 2 weeks to get your money. I've been waiting on a check to clear I haven't heard a word and people have bills due. I can't wait 2 weeks for a check to clear and then they tell you it's Bank policy. Just there banks policy. Will be closing the account as soon as the check clears

    ATM Review Only - this ATM is one of the worst in the city. It consistently has major issues. Currently, it has an issue with taking the card, it acts like it won’t take it and then you have to almost take it back out and then it grabs it. This ATM almost always has something wrong with the deposit features - either the cash or check deposit function is down and sometimes both. It’s been this way for years and this branch needs to get a new ATM. As for the people in the branch, they are great! Although, I often wonder if people are complaining to them about the ATM, and if they are, is the staff taking immediate measures to deal with it? It’s super frustrating to drive all the way to the branch and to find out the ATM isn’t working and it’s either after hours or you don’t have time to wait in a line at the drive thru. PLEASE get a new ATM Caped!

    I had a great experience with Cap Ed! It was a few weeks ago on a Friday I got a flat tire. I pulled over in the Cap Ed parking lot & two of your employees came out to help. It was at the 12195 McMillan rd Boise id 83713 location and Braden & Blake came out to help. They changed my tire and put a spare on for me. I was so grateful for there help. They didn’t have to do that. So thank you so much! I hope they get the recognition they deserve!!!

    Have both personal and business checking. Have also financed through CapEd. Have nothing but good things about them. *Edit: the review I left above is no longer applicable. At that point in time I was happy with them however this was before they decided to start randomly withholding checks occasionally with no Rhyme or Reason for the specific purpose to charge me several hundred dollars in overdraft fees a month. There was no explanation for it there is no justification for it however occasionally they will decide to withhold about 60% of random checks for approximately 10 days which is just long enough for you to notice that that extra 60% of your check that has been withheld is now gone due to the several hundred dollars in overdraft fees which are charged to you at $27 a piece. Avoid this Bank like the plague do not go here or you will regret it I promise you. There are hundreds of acceptable choices for banks and 10 years ago this was one of them however now it is no longer

    This is my favorite Branch, I love them there. They are so friendly and kind and always remember who you are. They are always so helpful, even in the drive-up ATM ( one instance, I was having issues with my card and Micheal came out to see if I need help and so happens I needed a new card) and he took care of it right then. These guys are all awesome and I would recommend Caped to everyone who qualifies.

    I have been doing business with cap Ed for over a year now, I have been very happy until now. Im trying to purchase a truck and no one answers the phone, customer service is a big thing to me. I will continue calling today, if I still can't get through to someone I will be looking for a new credit union.

    A place to keep your money. That's about it. This branch is poorly managed. Each time I visited the branch it took way too long to get anything done. When I visit, I see a lot of people standing around and not taking initiative to help customers even if it is something as simple as a deposit. I should have known better on the first visit when it took over an hour to open something simple as 3 checking accounts (joint account and two personal checking accounts). The website to manage your accounts is also horrible. I've experienced better.

    Best Bank I've ever dealt with. They make everything so easy and since their card machine is in the store it makes life so much easier. Mobile app is easy to use and ATM's are easy as well. Great service.
