Left this bank after a "last straw" incident. Called in to dispute a charge recently, which I had done once before. I was told by the CapEd associate this time that I would need to report my card as stolen if I was disputing. I let the person know I had not had to do that previously and that it wasn't stolen, but they said they had already put it into the system as stolen and that I had to get a new card now. Ended up being down a card and decided to change credit unions. The training and customer service has been steadily going downhill over time. Was a member for over 10 years.

This place is lucky to receive one star . Went into the Nampa Id branch, let’s just say customer service is highly lacking. November 10 2021. If they care to check to see what high quality staff was working that day. The teller was rude, spoke over us and DID NOT change our address before closing the acct or afterwards so now we get to file for a lost title . There is so much more I could say about every experience with this place but just happy to be done with it.

Customer service is great. However the functionality of the ATM is completely ridiculous. 2/5 times will the atm be functioning. The drive up to the atm … why is it so hard to be able to withdra, the machine is so far into the wall??
Hi Jessica, We're sorry to hear that you have been having issues with the ATM at our Marketplace location. We are aware of the recent outages. Unfortunately, objects that are not debit cards get inserted into the machine causing the ATM to jam which prevents deposits and withdrawals. The ATM will be replaced soon to alleviate these issues.

It's a credit union. I have a closer friend that swears by this please. If I wasn't very happy and satisfied with my current bank I would switch to CapEd in a heart beat. The building is nice and clean. They are very slow in the drive thru, it wouldn't hurt if they had employeed double team the drive thru.

Since my last post was taken down I will re-write again the same complaint I had the last time I called cap Ed. There is only 1 number for customer service for all branches and I still cannot get through to anyone. The only way you get a person to answer phone is by selecting new mortgage loan application, surprise! So again the the 3rd month in a row I cannot get a hold of any representatives. This will definitely be the last time working with this bank. Do not recommend their services.

Went here to get Human help with my suddenly unusable debit card. They tried, then said 'use the atm' to make sure. Did. AoK!? NOT. Tried to use 1 hr later @Wallyworld, Denied! Help at branch was good & best they could do. If/When card troubles arise call everyone until certain it's been fixed; then hold your breath & have cash ready next time you Try to use it!!

Walked in after being on hold for 32 minutes and they were not busy and had people standing around. I literally hate capEd as a bank. Nothing but problems for the last 3 years.

Worst bank ever. None of the employees communicate. They made my husband and the guy buying our car run around and do pointless things. We were told we had to take our title to the Boise branch off Cole, so we did. Then we get there and they said they didn’t need it. Then 2 hours later the guy gets an email saying that they need the physical copy of the title 😡 My husband met with the guy at the Nampa branch to finalize the transaction and they have been waiting in the bank for over AN HOUR!! Their appointment was at 4:45, they got helped at 5:45. My husband said girls at the counter were doing hair surveys. Other employees were huddled around a desk laughing. Horrible work ethic, customer service and communication. Worst bank we have EVER dealt with. DO NOT RECOMMEND 1000%

Have banked at Cap Ed for sometime. I loved the loan experience. I could walk in and get a loan in no time. Now, lobbies are closed, you sit on hold for 30 plus minutes, and I applied for a loan and have not heard anything. It has been a week. Finally talked to someone and they responded with sorry maybe you will hear something next week. Time to look elsewhere. I am sure I will get a... we are sorry response.... but REALLY. I have talked to several other teachers with the same complaints. Covid or not we still have to do our jobs.

The customer service and speed at this location was impressive!!! The employees were going above and beyond to assist all customers fast and efficiently! With the lobby being closed, the drive through line was long which resulted in a longer wait time. So the employees came out to help the drive through line which was impressive! thought outside of the box to get the job done and done well! This is something you don’t see everyday, so excellent job!!
