They took care of getting professional photos of the home, was available for any questions/concerns I had, and they made we worked effectively through negotiations of the sale. Highly recommend using CapCenter. I was only listing my home at the time, but I would definitely have explored using them for financing as well to get the additional savings if I was purchasing!
