I am very happy with CNB service and people. I forgot to do my second loan car payment and told them if they could waive the late fee and they did! Definitely I recommend CNB because they hear and understand their customers!

Wish I could give them 6 stars. The service is pleasant friendly quick accurate and efficient. It’s head and shoulders above the credit union down the street a block or two. The staff knows and greets me by name even though I’ve been a customer only two or three months. This is everything a bank should be. It’s so pleasant walking into an institution where the employees actually like working there and it shows on so many levels.

It's great to still have a bank where you can call the local phone number, someone within the branch picks up and walks you through an online feature. Boom! I had already sent a secure message, and started a online chat thinking "that was the only way" - - - I was compelled to call, and just like that - old school - the issue was fixed. Thanks for taking pride in customer service, CNBank!
