I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to Ms. Candace Austin. She was so helpful! The attention to detail she provided was appreciated and her customer service skills are excellent. She wouldn’t give up until she had found a solution for my problem. She really went above and beyond, I would give her 6 stars if I could.

ALL the staff is very pleasant and provides great service but I consider Jerald Montgomery my “personal banker”. Jerald is always there to assist me in getting things done. Every time I go into Campus USA Governor’s Crossing location I am greeted with friendly staff who are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Kendalyn Gordon is always so helpful in any issues I may have and always does it with a smile. I have referred a few friends who have been helped by Kendalyn and the staff there and they have all come back to me to with positive experiences.

Kendalyn processed two different loans for me and one for my fiancé. She moved quickly and was vet courteous and responsive. I highly recommend her for your financial needs.
