Omg Campus USA is amazing. I love working with Arianna at the on 39th Ave. branch. She has helped me with my car loan, changing banks, opening a business account and consolidating my debt. She kept me calm while I had panic attacks about all of it and made it very easy. I loved working with her so much my parents are now working with her for all their banking needs. She and Campus USA are fantastic and have made my banking so much easier.

I decided to visit Campus USA after a friend of mine recommended it to me as an option for financing or refinancing a vehicle. I initially had VYSTAR and wanted to purchase a new vehicle. Even though I was making payments double than what I needed to for months without missing or being late, they decided to only approve me for less than what I was asking for. I have the credit and money down available and my income to debt ratio is outstanding, so needless to say I was frustrated. Which brings me to my visit, Jackie Rebstock over at CAMPUS USA was simply amazing. She understood what I needed gathered all information and under 5 minutes I got approved for what I needed with the rate I needed it under. Can’t say enough about this branch, their customer service, and especially Jackie’s experience and willingness to serve the customer. Hats off to all of you and thank you for a great easy experience! I got the truck of my dreams!

I rarely leave google reviews. I feel a business should excel on a regular basis, not only get by with simply maintaining the status quo. However, in this case, I was impressed with how high Campus sets the bar regardless. I’ve banked with both Florida CU and Alliance CU, whom are both excellent. The service and expertise I recvd from Campus outshined them both. Jackie Rebstock is a shining example of knowledge and compassion in the generally tainted industry of “banking”. I look forward to working with Campus CU for a long time.

In the 5 days I have been a member, I have never had such incredible service with a banking institution. Taylor, my member services rep, helped me get a car this past Saturday. The fact that a bank is open full service until 2pm on a weekend day is amazing. I spoke with Taylor over 8 times that day as we both were confirming that emails and faxes had been received. She also spoke directly with the financial department of the dealership who was giving me misinformation in order to get my lending directly from them through Campus which didn't make any sense. I honestly wouldn't have gotten a car without her. If this is the service you get after 1 day of membership, I opened an account and applied for a loan on the Friday before, then I'm hooked for life. Thank you Campus USA and Taylor for making me feel fully knowledgeable and stress free about a huge decision.

Went to cash a check that I got from doing work for, went to cash it at his bank so I could get the cash. The teller said there’s a $7.50 fee because I don’t have an account there. I said may I speak to a manager and the teller and manager savannah was rude. Told me the only way to avoid the fee was to create an account. I said no because I just wanna cash the check. But the manager was very rude about the whole situation. I do not recommend campus USA at mill hopper and 43rd st.

We just opened an account with them and will be closing. Not only do they have false advertising about their direct deposit promotion, but we were unable to pay bills out of our checking account. They are literally holding our money hostage. So illegal. I'm going to see what fines can be filed against them.
