My husband and I had been thinking about refinancing to free up some money. I contacted a few companies as I wanted to get multiple quotes. One of the companies I contacted was California Mortgage Advisors (CMA) as I had received a mailer from them, so I said "why not?" I did some research on the company as I had not heard of them before and I was happy with their reviews and background info. I had the pleasure of working with Jack Terrell of CMA. Mr. Terrell made the whole process as easy as it could be. He was very patient and understanding about my situation and offered to help in multiple ways, providing me options which I greatly appreciated. Not only was he professional, but he was personable as well. Communication was key and Mr. Terrell's communication was excellent. I would definitely work with Mr. Terrell again and will absolutely refer him to friends and family with home financing needs.
