California check cashing on Broadway boulevard and Franklin in my opinion is fast and efficient very seldom have I ever had to wait in line for longer than 5 minutes the tellers are friendly and my favorite teller of all is Maine he's very polite nice looking and really friendly this is by far the best California check cashing that I've ever gone to and I've hit every single check cashing in this city and I come here every other Friday to cash my check and I wouldn't have it any other way I would never go to another check cashing place again

The lack of professional in a business is crazy. I don't know if they just do not care to work or what. Lady in the front had her airpods in, music so loud I could hear it. I was then told to wait but there was literally not a single customer in sight. I couldn't even get my check cashed. The lady was trying to treat me as if my check was fake. Went right up the street to Money mart and got my check cashed no problem. Save yourself the trouble, do not go here.

Great customer service. I was greeted by two friendly faces, Tania & Emma. Tania helped me receive monies from Western Union. She explained I could not get all cash because they didn’t have all the funds I was receiving, so she explained how the balance would be put on an Insight card. She informed it could be used as a debit card. I had questions about the card in which she explained to me in details. I know where to go in the future. Thanks again.

Short line, nice folks, hassle free, quick in out!

Nice and courteous but are not good at setting correct expectations to the customer. Prolly will go back in the future but will ask as many clarifying questions as I can think of. Just wasted nearly an hour in this office with Leticia that ended with a sour taste in my mouth had she done better with explaining the approval process.

Michelle is very rude, requests information that nobody else’s requires and I have been coming here for years...other times you come in and she doesn’t even acknowledge customers and lets you stand and wait until it seems like every other coworker is busy then will finally “help”. The staff needs to be trained to have all the same standards and what info needs to be collected instead of making it up as they go...

The manager Tanya is a ECELLENT employee ,Manager she was so helpful and made us feel like we all new each other for years this is the best customer service I have ever had ! So please if your in need for a pay day loan I recommend Tanya she's the best!
