Caliber Collision Shelburne Way, Los Gatos

Wow! Fantastic shop and great service. My Dodge Ram was involved in a fender bender and after shopping around, I was finally helped by the Los Gatos Caliber Collision. They helped me figure out everything with insurance, helped with my rental, and even dropped my car off when they were done. FIVE STARS! Highly recommend.

Had good experience at this body repair shop. They were prompt to answer calls and with estimates. Louis, the Manager and front desk were courteous and helped promptly after the repairs were done and a panel under hood was not set correctly.

This is the second time over the years we have taken our vehicles in for repair. The were helpful, professional and on time. Both vehicles have specialized paint color so matching can be a challenge. The first vehicle(repaired in 2016) wasn't quite right with paint so they kept the truck and fixed the color, spot on the second time. For the car most recently (Aug 2021) they had my bumper repaired with perfect paint match in just 2 days. Hopefully we won't need to services again but if we do we will go back to Caliber.

Went to get an estimate for body work. Insurance company sent us to this shop. Came out took photos of the car let us know he’d be calling us back the next day for eta. Never met expectation on phone call. Called into the shop to find out what is happening and “it looks like we are waiting on 1 more part”. I voice my displeasure with zero communication. I hear crickets. No empathy. Then when I tell the receptionist that she’s not understanding me her voice goes up two octaves with I’m sorry no one got back to you. People don’t enjoy being jerked around nor do they enjoy fake empathy. The call by me initiated 3 weeks after our initial contact. 3 weeks. No communication, this isn’t a place you want to visit. I can only imagine what happens after they have your vehicle. Some people do great work but don’t have any business sense. Looks like we will find another shop to do out work. Avoid this place if you like straight forward clear expectations.

Real professionals, great customer service, courteous and cost competitive (I had multiple bids). Perfect job on damage repair.

My bumper was unfortunately hit and luckily I found caliber collision to help me. They did a great job and it was a great experience! The car was ready for pick up on time, as scheduled. My bumper looks brand new!

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job! The repairs are of superior quality. The work was completed in a timely manor. And most importantly, Matt and the others with whom I dealt we're excellent listeners, they treated me with respect, and gave me the feeling that they genuinely cared for not only my property but also my personal situation. I cannot thank them enough and I would recommend them to anyone who's in need of their services.

I am a NV resident & was hit by a semi in the bay area. Had my towed to Caliber in Los Gatos. Matt was extremely helpful answering all of my questions on my many phone calls & provided a fair estimate to my insurance co. He helped make the car driveable so I could get it home. Going to Caliber Collision in Carson City for repairs. Thanks Matt, you're the BEST!!!

They were very professional, nice and kept in touch with me. My car looks like new after a tree hit it and put multiple dents and broke out rear window! This is my second time using Caliber Collision and I highly recommend them for body work!
