We appreciate Mr. Saucedo taking the time to post a rating for our company. Mr. Saucedo is a resident and former volunteer in a homeowners association that we no longer manage. As a management company, C.I.A. Services strives to provide the best possible experiences for the residents and volunteers. Despite our best efforts, there may occasionally be someone that does not appreciate our professional guidance. Thank you Mr. Jackson for taking the time to leave a review. We strive to provide excellent customer service and have multiple mechanisms in place for homeowners to obtain payment information. We initially issue a detailed statement to homeowners and that, in conjunction with, the owner's banking information is one. We also have available an "Account Activity" report which will show the financial transactions that have occurred on an account. Finally, we will issue"zero balance letters" upon request. Please contact our office again and the customer service representative you speak with should be able to assist you.
