I am an attorney. Have referred multiple clients to Frank for residential mortgages. Frank has gotten them loans at great rates and closed deals in very short timeframe.

Frank is such a great guy! He went above and beyond to help us and we got such a great interest rate on our mortgage! Highly recommend Frank and C & G Mortgage!

I own a few properties in Dayton and called C & G to ask about refinancing them so I can pull some cash out to be used on a few new investments and to cover some debt. after the initial call, I had a good feeling about C & G but that was as far as it went... I talked with Frank and started the application process, I answered all the questions and gave all the information requested, I notices my credit report was pulled by them the following day and I was waiting to hear back, a week passed and I heard nothing from Frank, so i called and spoke with him, he told me my paperwork is due that day and he will contact me after he received it, so i waited, another week pass by and I called again to ask for a status update and was told frank is out of the office and he will get back to you, so i waited again, another week has passed (this is the end of week 3 now) and I called again to ask what is going on? and was told the same thing.. frank in on another call and he will call you back, I expressed my frustration from the lack of follow up and the need to chase after them, I received no apology and no understanding and instead of saying sorry, they hung up the phone on me with no sorry or good bye, If C & G did not want to work with me for some reason? they could have simply said so and not waste my time and make me feel like I am not important to them! this is not a way to treat a customer and I would recommend not to work with this company because the have no manors or respect to peoples time.

Frank was so nice and helpful, that he helped my family get a mortgage in such a short period in time to be able to get the house we wanted . Thank you Frank, my family can finally enjoy a house that we can call home.

I had an awful experience with C & G. C &G was not straightforward and honest from the very beginning, was not helpful and failed to deliver in a timely manner. I was given a close date and this company failed to deliver. I would look for a better company for your mortgage needs.

C & G is a great mortgage company. They jump through the hoops to service the loans. Straight dealers when it comes to associated costs. Highly recommend!

Stopped in and provided my info to start a refinance, called and left messages three times trying to find out if any work had been started, never heard back from anyone. Very disappointed. As a customer I don’t believe in begging someone to do their job that I’ll pay them for doing.
