I want to give a special thanks to Mr Dixion and Mrs Humphreys , I was in distress today , with getting my Will notarized , my vehicle alternator failed , so I walked to bank , called and told them I was walking as fast as I could and under 288 overpass at 4 58 . Mr Dixon went out of his way to help me when I arrived a few minutes after closing and Mrs Humphreys . They made a small part of my bad day better and this is why I have banked with this branch forever . Beyound my expectations indeed today . Thank you from a greatfull faithful customer. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! They are always friendly, ALWAYS helpful! They really care about each person that walks into their bank or pulls up in their drive through! I highly recommend! Even when they were having construction in their drive through they were still very accommodating and the Manager himself came out and personally gave people water that were waiting in AC cars outside! Not many people will go out of their way and do that!

I'm just in disbelief of the lack of compassion shown by this bank in hard times like this, not only have I lost my job due to covid19, but now my bank account was closed due to being in the negative, and what is more upsetting about it is I have a guaranteed, GUARANTEED tax check for auto deposit, I WILL NEVER recommend C&F and for Karen, I won’t need it to be up to the bank branch on if you guys will consider keeping my account open, I ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT WILL BE TAKING MY ACCOUNT ELSEWHERE, not only is it unbelievable the amount of late fees they tack on my account was negative $173 I owe them close to $500, unreal so just wanting everyone to know C&F BANK will drop you even in that hardest timeS. BEWARE!!!!!! BANK ELSEWHERE
