Fantastic bank and staff! I was searching for a community bank, as I was sick of all the changes constantly happening at my old mega bank, and found just what I needed here. Everyone has always treated me with warmth and respect, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to move my business over to them. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant and precise experience at the bank. Even though I was transacting with GSB online, this was the first time I walked into the branch. The location was very well maintained outside and inside, and had a welcoming ambiance. The staff was courteous and eager to help; took care of business and proactively asked diligent questions.

Moved here from out of state. Been looking for a bank to move to in town. Went in here to get some change and see if I liked the place. Extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assist me. I guess I can cross you guys off of the list. Onto the next bank. Update: went down the street to Huntington. Extreme helpful and willing to assist me.

Not a good bank. I was greeted with someone unwilling to help and received pushback. I promptly left. Not how I expect to be treated at a bank.
