Incredible experience. They were able to give me a fair price for my trade in even though it had only been 6 months since I purchased it and were able to secure 0% APR (previously 17% with old loan). Extremely happy. Can't wait to experience good years of service in the future with this company.

Terrible dealership!! Spoke to sales agent Raul to hold a vehicle as I commuted 2 hours to buy the vehicle . I made it abundantly clear that I was driving down to purchase the vehicle. I called on 3 different occasions and spoke to sales manager by the name Mark who confirmed that the vehicle was available and waiting for me to take a look at. Arrived at the dealership @ 5pm only find that they another Customer had taken the car out for a test drive. Sat waited till 6:30pm hoping they will do the rest guy thing and honor their word. Car ends up being sold to the customer that shower up 10 mins before I arrived. Mari in his infinite wisdom tell me just like Walmart the dealership had to sell the vehicle regardless of having me drive 2 hours to come down.

Had to come in for a regular check on the seinna van, before I can pull in I'm greated before driving up to the service center to check me in for my appointment. Then I drive where I'm directed to park leave the car running, I'm informed that my current associate would be right with me. The wait for service is not long Justin is awesome gets right to the point. Really doesn't matter who I get I've never had bad service at this location.

I was interested in a vehicle I seen on the dealerships' website and I called and spoke with L.B. Heddin. Let me tell you it was the WORST car buying experience imaginable. I provided her my information needed to get me started in the process of getting this vehicle and in the middle of the process she kept coming up with lies making it difficult to get the vehicle. Every time I would send her my documentation she questioned me like I was some type of criminal. She discriminated against me and made up excuses on why I could not get a vehicle at the dealership. She told me since I was a "first time car buyer" the dealership would only allow me to get a certain type of vehicle. After I confronted her on her lies she then became aggressive in her tone of voice and choice of words. Since she could not help me in anyway possible I contacted another Atkinson Toyota dealership and they were able to assist me with the vehicle I was interested in without a problem. Obviously I was lied to and I was treated unfairly. L.B. HEDDIN IS AN IDIOT, WHO HAS LOW EXPERIENCE ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!! BEWARE OF THIS INEXPERIENCED, ILL-MANNERED, RUDE SALESWOMAN!!!

Very friendly and helpful service representatives. Nice waiting area when your car is getting serviced with complimentary coffee and iPads you can check out to use while you wait. Can be a bit pricey, but the customer service is excellent.

My Honda Odyssey had some plastic rollers cracked on the van's side door. The door would work but you could see pieces of the plastic rollers left on the ground. I took it to the local Honda dealer to get it fixed. After the new plastic rollers were installed, my van's door would only work intermittently. Within a week, it stopped working altogether. And we noticed at the same time the car battery was being drained. I took it back to the Honda dealer. They kept it for two days and said that they did not notice any power drain. Also, they wanted us to replace the motor on the door because that was the reason the van' door would not open. I thanked them but decided to take my Honda van home. My husband placed a ohmmeter in series with the battery and within 10 minutes was able to determine that the Odyssey was indeed suffering from a power drain and that it was coming from the same fuse that the van's door was on. He reset the fuse and then the door started working again. The "dead" motor did not have any problem opening or closing the van's door. A search on the internet showed that a common issue with the Honda Odyssey was the interior door sensors (three of them in the middle of the door) often get corroded and then start giving false signals to the motor. For example, that something is blocking the way, so the door motor is prevented from closing or opening the door. Giving up on the Honda dealer, we took our van to Atkinson Toyota. They had done well with our Toyota vehicles so we thought they deserved a shot with the Honda. Well, they were able to validate that there was a power drain. However, they also thought that the culprit was a bad motor and wanted us to replace it. We followed their recommendation and authorized a motor replacement. On the day we picked up the van, we tested it. It did not work. That is, the van door did not open or close for us. We took it back to our vehicle consultant, Bobby Hall. He apologized and said he would look into it. The next time we picked up the van, the door worked but Bobby said that the automatic lock no longer functioned on the door. We said that when we originally left the van with Toyota, the automatic lock on the door was working. However, we needed the van for a family outing so Bobby told us to bring it back anytime so that he could look further into it. Besides the lock not working properly, we could hear a distinct noise of moving parts every time we make a turn in the van. Later, we returned the Odyssey back to Toyota. Bobby wasn't in that day but another car consultant was able to help us. Then we got a call from Toyota that the lock unit on the door had to be replaced and that it would cost a certain amount. This reminded us of our experience with the Honda dealer where we took the van in for one thing and then we were left with our vehicle in worse shape than when it first came in. But this is where the difference ended...and viva la difference. Bobby came in like a hero to save the day. He made sure that the lock unit was installed properly and that we were not charge with any of the work or material. His philosophy was that he was going to ensure that things were done right for our family. Toyota could have played the game claiming that the other things that went wrong were unrelated to the original repairs. After all, over time parts can naturally fail. Who is to say that those things couldn't just have happened on their own? That was the game that the Honda dealer seemed to want to play. But Bobby and Atkinson took the high road. They owned the problem and endeavored to resolve it for their customers without further demand to the pocketbook. Now, the van door works great and the automatic lock works as it should. Thanks Bobby and thank-you Atkinson Toyota.

I went in for the standard oil change/maintenance. The battery posts needed to be replaced. It seems that somehow the battery ended up needing to be replaced after they started working on it. As I sat in the waiting room trying to understand how the battery died while it was in the mechanics hands and fuming about having to spend money on a battery without calling around, Jim Robeson, the liaison, managed to deduct one third of the total amount of maintenance and repairs on the vehicle. I walked away quite pleased under the circumstances, and I will definitely return. I didn't have to negotiate. I'm sure my body language was quite evident, and he worked to make sure I walked away happy. Great customer service. Thanks, Atkinson Toyota, and give that man a raise.

My wife and I test drove vehicles at Atkinson Toyota while in the research phase of buying a car. Gabriel Carrasco helped us on both test drives that we went on. Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable about each model that we were interested in, and we enjoyed our trip to Atkinson Toyota.
