Place was a mess. Some remodeling going on?? No person in the office, so wondered around for a few minutes. Finally got some help. First sales kid was nice, then I think i talked with the owner. I let him know his numbers were very over priced on Car Gurus, and he basically said someone will pay it lol I wont waste my time there again. But did feel sorry for a business that was clearly a mess.

*Disclaimer: review of buying process only, ended up buying another car.* I dealt with Tanner Stein over e-mail on purchasing a new car. He was straightforward, very responsive and tried to get me the best deal (pricing ended up being highly competitive for the new model I was considering). I worked with many dealers, and he ranks up at the very top. The only reason I ended up not buying from him was because we got a deal on a low miles higher trim level used model we could not pass up.

Sold me a lemon. The salesman was not pushy at all during the purchase and seemed sure the vehicle was in good condition. Car was sold as is, but I believe it was NEVER properly looked at by a mechanic before being placed on the lot. I have had the vehicle for 2 months and have dealt with a charging system failure, ABS system failure, Check Engine light is on and a gas leak. Upon purchase the saleman knew I was looking for a reliable and safe car for my two small children, I can’t believe he willingly sold such a dangerous vehicle to me with that knowledge. Now I am commuting 30 miles total to work and back with my 4 yr old daughter in this ticking time bomb I cannot afford to fix or repair. Plenty of loan to still pay off too. Would not ever recommend going to this dealership again!!! Vehicle is a 2006 Uplander Chevrolet. Awful car.

Had a great experience here! Scott helped me drive a few cars and I went with a used Subaru that is just perfect. It's been a month& zero issues. It was almost hassle free even, which is rare!

This dishonest dealership sold me a used car with an undisclosed serious accident in its history, at a price corresponding to flawless. They even showed me a clean report of the car's history before purchase. Now that I am trying to sell the car, and pull its history, I see that the airbag was deployed when the car was almost new, and most insurance companies deem cars a total loss after such an accident. I would recommend to stay away from this dealership - they have zero business ethics and operate in a fraudulent manner.

Biddle sold us a lemon I purchased a Subaru for our family from Biddle this September. After going through this experience, I would caution everyone against this dealership. The next day after driving the car off the lot, the engine light went on, and blue smoke began billowing out of the back of the vehicle. Upon bringing it to a Subaru shop, I was informed that the car needed a $2,000 repair to the exhaust system. It is clear that this was a long-standing issue with the car, and the mechanics were shocked it was a recent purchase. In their opinion the engine warning light had been turned off recently. This implies that Biddle had misrepresented the car; and possibly were dishonest and fraudulent in their dealings. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I contacted Biddle by phone and in writing asking if they would cooperate in addressing the issue. Biddle was unwilling to take action, though provided me with a quote to fix the issue at my cost (giving us a $50 dollar discount compared to independent quotes). Attempts to reach the department manager, Jim Bucy, and president, John Biddle, about this issue failed. At best, Biddle has shoddy customer service and does not stand by their vehicles. At worst, they are dishonest and fraudulent in their dealings with customers. Thanks to Biddle, I now have a car that is virtually un-drivable for our family with a new baby from the day after I purchased it. There were also minor issues with the car which a dealer should have noticed and fixed – for instance, there was no coolant in the vehicle, only water. Please stay away from Biddle.

Bought a used car at Brooks Biddle and found the experience pretty pleasant. Wife and I test drove several cars with no intention of buying that day and got zero pressure to do so. They were very nice to deal with. Really liked one of the cars so came back the next day and they let us take it for an extended drive for the day. Came back in the evening and bought it. The price was already very good (I had done lots of research) so most "haggling" was on our trade in which went smoothly. They didn't try to overly lowball us on it but obviously they are in the business to make money so it took a couple rounds to come to agreement. Overall didn't feel pressured at any time and we are happy with our experience.

Scheduled a time to test drive one of their cars I was interested on Wednesday. Today, Friday (two days later), I took the bus from downtown Seattle to Bothell to get to this place only to find out that it was sold the day before. No one contacted me to tell me that it was sold, but hey, they did ask if I was interested in something else when I got there. Didn't really seem to be too empathetic about the whole situation. Really had my heart set on that car (and only that car). I'm absolutely disappointed and angry that they would do this, especially with the good reviews I've seen about how well they take care of you.

Three years ago I needed a pickup truck for my landscaping business. I had a tight budget, and luckily stumbled across a really good deal at Brooks Biddle. It was a trade-in, a 95 Chevy C2500, with 94,000 miles on it. I am always nervous about buying used vehicles, since I am not a mechanic and have limited knowledge of engines. Anyway, I liked the vibe I got there, no pushy sales guys. We took it for a drive, I looked under the hood, all the while the sales guy was mellow and never trying to "sell" me the old-style way. He gave me breathing room, and when I said I needed to think it over he said, "no problem." Anyway, I decided to take a leap of faith, later that day I called back, returned, and bought this truck, which has turned out to be a wonderful decision. I'm now in the market for another truck and I feel that I can trust them, so I'm going to find out what they have in stock.

Talk about a smooth transaction, this is the way purchasing a car should be! I phoned my salesman, Ron Betts, and let him know I was looking to make a purchase. I was even more excited when I noticed the car that my husband was searching for was for sale on their lot. I completed the financing through their website and the numbers were already figured out and agreed upon before I even arrived at Brooks Biddle. The 2011 vehicle was in better condition than expected and all we had to do was to test drive and sign the papers. Before we left another vehicle caught my eye for my teenage son and we walked away with two excellent vehicles for a great price! I have purchased many vehicles at several different dealers over the years and I must say the low-pressure, quick ease transaction was a breath of fresh air. I feel it is important to add that the finance manager, Jim Bucy, has to be one of the friendliest finance managers that I have ever met and he truly helped to make this a very painless transaction. Thank you Jim! If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle, do not hesitate to visit Ron Betts at Brooks Biddle!
