Rock has helped me many times over the last several years. I have used him for a basic re-fi as well as a cash out re-fi. Jim Dean made my home buying process a breeze. Before choosing BrightPath Mortgage, I shopped around for mortgages with BB&T (horrible mistake) and FBC Mortgage (also terrible). I think I was out of touch in how much information is needed /requested today to process a new loan . Over the last many years my wife and I have been buying rental properties (a fair number), all cash transactions, so I have not been subject to the full loan process . This part of the process frustrated the heck out of me ! As far as Bright Path , specifically Sherlund Lucke and Renee Brown , both were outstanding , had it not been to those two I am not sure my tolerance would have lasted to get the loan finalized. Great organization , very quick to respond , and very focused on getting the details right ! One last point I will make ,when someone calls me I always answer my phone if possible , if not the minute I get a break I make a call back ! I would challenge anyone processing a loan in calling Sherlund that he is not available , he is 95% available , the 5% he is very quick to respond !
