I started at Bridge as a Client Manager and was able to promoted to a Senior Client Manager quickly. I am now a Talent Acquisition Manager. I am continually challenged in my career here and have been able to grow both personally and professionally throughout my tenure. I feel extremely supported by my team and I am grateful for my Bridge family. I am given the tools I need to succeed and the flexibility to be able to balance both my work responsibilities and home responsibilities to the fullest. I feel very lucky that I was able to join this organization 8.5 years ago.

I have worked for Bridge Personnel for over 3 months now and it has been a great experience. Amanda from Bridge has been great with guiding me on my resume and interview process in order to get a job at ALE Solutions. Bridge Personnel is a wonderful agency!! I was helped by Sam and Amanda and words can’t describe how grateful I am for them. I had my interview yesterday, and today I have already heard back from them and got an offer for a job. Every other agency I have worked with took atleast1-2 weeks to get back to me. They are very friendly, down to earth, intelligent people who want to help people as best as they possibly can. I found bridge awhile ago when I was looking for a new job, and they called me after looking over my resume and they were AMAZING!! the woman that helped me out, Jenn is phenomenal! She really took the time to find a great job for me! She found me the perfect job working at Honda Financial Services and I have never been happier at a job! Bridge is unlike any other staffing agency I have heard of or worked with! I was very impressed by the dedication and intentionality Bridge shows their staff to ensure their success, especially through following up by emails, calls, or texts and consistently checking in to see how things are going.
