Don't even waste your time with this old fashion back ! I have a issue with his bank everyday to the point I stop calling . The online service is horrible , I live in another state and online banking is how I maintain my account . I can't logg in , my password never work and Everytime I call with a system issue they can't help ! And on top of that they don't have a technical support 1800 number . && They have the NERVE to charge for a bank statement copy but THEIR SYSTEM IS ALWAYS DOWN ! I BEEN WITH THIS BANK OVER 8 YEARS PLUS . YALL SUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK & I WILL BE SWITCHING BANK SOON ! Oh and y'all never listen , Everytime I call they ask have I moved lol I moved over 1 1/2 ago and they are still asking questions that I updated on my profile !

Avoid this bank at all cost. Their online service is subpar to the big names. trying to download statements, mobile app always logs out and I can't login with the username and password even though it's the same as the desktop. The mortgage lending women on airline by 20 doesn't return calls and when you show up she acts put out because you showed up after three days of not returning my call. Attempting to transfer money into or out of their accounts from external banks is nearly impossible. It's not not easy to do business with this bank. Strongly suggest using chase or capital one.

After opening a student checking account i deposited my first check, i received my card the same day and was told it was activated and ready to go. the next morning on my way to work i was unable to gas up my car because my card was not activated. I sat at the gas station for 30 minutes on the phone waiting for them to activate my card so i could make it to work. over the course of the next week i used my card for online purchases, next week i went to deposit a check and they put my check on a 11 day hold and told me they HAD to lock my account so it was new, making all my funds already in the account unusable until my account was unlocked. they claim it was locked because they were unable to verify that i’m a real customer (or something similar) because of the age of the account even though i’ve already deposited a check and made purchases. what really confuses me is to why letting the account age would make my future actions any different. horrible bank, horrible customer service. switched to Chase shortly after and i don’t regret it at all.

I’ve been a member since 2004, they’re great! You can get someone on the phone when you call, they’ll give you a same day loan approval, they don’t charge any fees and their rates are very competitive! Zero reasons why a person should choose someone else for banking.

I have been with this credit union since 2014. They are not only lacking in the tech department but also in the customer relationship department. I paid my line of credit off in full and some how it still carried a $5.60 balance. So the following month I thought it was odd I still had a balance, paid it nonetheless and thought it was done. The following month I get a credit hit saying I was 30 days past due on my line of credit!!! I called and they said I still had a balance!! The response was “I’m sorry sir did you want to pay this off?”. No Ma’am, I would rather pay $5 for the next 6 years! No one reached out I wasn’t notified about becoming 30 days past due. So now what was once a 750 credit score now has a 30 day past due and reduced credit score. I called and they said they would send out a letter to the Credit bureaus requesting for a retraction and I just found out it never happened. As soon as I can I will be leaving this bank. And good riddance!!

Wonderful bank and people. Everyone knows you by name. Loan officers and tellers are great.

If i could rate it zero stars..... I WOULD. In my opinion, save yourself and check different banks. I had almost 600.00 stolen from a fraudulent transaction from South Carolina, then Bossier Federal starts hammering me with over draft fees, only to let me know that they would investigate and could be weeks before I have my money back. I immediately removed my money and went to another bank who will instead of taking all your money, will porvisionally place funds back in your account while they investigate. Chase also does this as well. Just a horrible experience with Bossier Federal, who also was insensitive to this whole situation. Just poor customer service with keeping me updated. Boo on them!!

My credit account of 12+ years has been closed without warning nor notification as to why. It was my oldest age of accounts and dramatically hurts my credit score as a result. Why would you do that without explanation or some sort of warning? This is a really awful thing to do to someone at a time like this.

They require you to make loan payment in person with some little booklet thing or they charge a fee to pay online. Its 2021 there should no longer be fees associated with online banking. I thought credit unions were supposed to more, not less customer friendly.

Great personal service at the small branch.. 25 plus years.
