Was in need of Borros services and the team did everything in the most professional way from accepting my asset, storing it safely and returning it with full security/insurance exactly how I sent it to them. Have used them with HIGH value assets many times to bridge some investments. Terms are fair and deposits are instant! Do not hesitate to deal with Dewey, Jennifer, Deah and the rest of the team! Would highly recommend them!

It would be impossible for me to have had a worse experience. My Rolex was returned to me with lint under the crystal, which makes me believe it was tampered with while Borro held the asset. After paying a hefty amount of interest, I was left without my watch for weeks as it went to Rolex. In addition, the service, interest rates and staff are horrible. I have worked with other asset-backed lenders in the past, including DiamondBanc, and Borro is horrible. The CEO, Dewey Burke, is rude and unprofessional. I was promised a resolution, but never provided one. He is condescending and nasty.

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from the entire team, specifically Dewey and Mitzy. The terms were reasonable and transparent, and communication was straightforward and easy. Couldn't have asked for anything better!
