You will not go wrong using Kayla Wojcik as your lender. She not only funds the deals but is in the field walking properties, projecting rehab budgets and running comps. I am an investor and realtor and have closed multiple transactions with Kayla. Each transaction has been seamless. I have worked with other lenders that I had to call constantly to make sure we were ready to close. This is not the case with Kayla. She was always on top of the deal and I never had to worry about the transaction. Not to mention Boomerang has great loan options for investors! Overall wonderful experience and I look forward to many more transactions together!

These guys rock! Kendra is super nice, and they are very easy to work with, which is SO important when running a project. Sadly they no longer lend in Kentucky or Ohio. PLEASE COME BACK! but thank you so much for the great costumer service and ease of funds. :)

fast transaction. easy to work with. good rates and there are human beings you can talk to who answer questions. Its not a bunch of voice mail prompts and emails. They know the area and make quick decisions. I would work with them again.
