BOK Financial Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood

Avoid this branch. It is terribly understaffed, takes forever to get things done. One person is running everything. So, you have to sort and wait while other people going ahead of you. They are apologizing for it, but how does it make a difference?! Your apology means nothing when I still have to sit and wait because you poorly manage your staffing.

I visited this place a year ago and they were sooo helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a new debit card, which i have gotten there at least twice before and within 15mins. They said they would order a new one and mail it. They told me they couldnt do it. Then tried to convert my account. Probably gonna switch banks now. That was a pain.

Overall BOK Financial at 2nd and Wadsworth has very professional people working for them. The tellers are very friendly and helpful and answer questions when asked. No issues with tellers. Would reccommend.

We have banked here for years and have always received great service. Angie Beiderbeck has gone out of her way to make our loan process seamless. Selling a house, buying a house, and moving are stressful. We appreciate that Angie has taken the loan worries off our plate.

It's rare that I have to actually go to a bank but I've found myself at this one a few times over the years. This location is super convenient, right off 6th and Wadsworth. There isn't a drive thru though so you do have to go in or walk up to the ATM by the entrance. The tellers aren't that friendly but they're efficient. All in all, not a bad place to go to if you have any in person banking needs.

Worst customer service ever, this branch is the worst, get a clue on how to treat people. Create a better customer experience or loose business, after years of attitude and incompetence, I’m done, take my advise and avoid this branch.

No one from the tellers to the operators answering the phones knows what's going on at this company if your looking for banking go else where no one can be this disorganized at this point I feel like my money would be good left with a chimp

Very poor customer service, I'm very displeased and will not be returning back to this branch anytime soon! The tellers where rude and unwilling to be helpful, I'm a long time member.

I have been using this bank for years, and the staff at this location is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would reccomend them to anyone!
