Buyer was pre-approved with this company. The initial close date was Jan. 3rd but because it was a holiday got pushed back. My family and I packed up our whole house, and we are currently living out of boxes in anticipation of closing. However, because there was no communication between buyer, his agent, and the lender the buyer was forced to back out of the deal. Now we've lost 2-3 months waiting and have to go through the process from the beginning again. Don't use this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Absolute worst mortgage company I have dealt with in 6+ years of experience. Loan is 8 days past the closing date and still no CTC. The Appraisal was ordered 2 days prior to closing, despite MANY phone calls and emails regarding this starting days prior. Buyer was not locked until AFTER the close date. Rodney Foster was a complete disaster with no information EVER! Four families are in limbo and some homeless but they do not care one bit. I could go on and on about this experience. Do your buyer a favor and get them approved elsewhere. Do your sellers a favor and do not accept a preapproval from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Connie wilson and Richard Boehck. They use Bait and Switch tactics to make you fill out an application and afterwards raise the rate and add more fees on to you and when you ask them why am i being charged and I was never told about these fees both of them hide and they tell you to go ask the lender. They are not upfront about what fees will be charged and lie and lie to you.Richard told me i will not charge you an origination fee because connie messed up and didn't lock in lower rate, he told me since she messed up and I wouldn't get 6.75% and instead he was going to charge 6.875 with no origination fees to make up for difference AND today again he says no its 6.99% and more fees and he will not answer my questions about why these fees are being added. Not once in these 4 months did they mention LP or discount points. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE LIARS and you will waste your time with this company, just had a phone call with Richard and he states the rate increase to 6.99 happened over the weekend and he had emailed me, but this was not the case, earlier today he sent me my rate lock at 6.875 back on 9/26/19. I will upload documents but BUYER BE VERY VERY VERY AWARE. Don't make my mistake.
