Chris and his team were excellent. On short notice I was able to secure and have delivered the tracked skid steer bobcat with grapple bucket attachment. The entire process was simple, streamlined, and efficient. The machine I rented was in top condition which resulted in the maximum utilization of the machine and money well spent. Chris was very easy to work with and the communication was great. I will be coming back for future equipment rental needs. Happy customer!

All the stuff that you can rent from Bobcat Rentals little Bobcat loaders and excavators and stuff like that the toys are great wonderful. When a piece of Machinery breaks down there their service technicians come out and respond very swiftly get things back to running they do a very good job very thorough people

My family and I brought our toddler (who is a big fan of work vehicles) to visit the different equipment and had such a great time! Chris and his staff were so kind and helpful. The place was easy to find and I really appreciated them being open on a holiday weekend. We will definitely go back!

I rented a BobCat and had an operator work the equipment for 3 hours today. Chris offered a affordable hourly rate for having one of his emplyees run the equipment. I am not comfortable running his machine. The operator completed grading my 100 ft long driveway, removing a bunch of downed trees, moving hundreds of rocks and clearing 10 yards of dirt from my front yard.... in 3 hours!!! The owner of the company checked up on the work and followed up afterwords, I could not be happier.

The customer service was on point, I needed a bobcat right away and had no credit card and they worked w me and also had the bobcat right there ready to go w a full tank. Thank you bobcat rentals. Here is the bobcat they rented me.

Bobcat has helped me rent heavy equipment three times now. All three times I have given them zero notice, but they always have what I need. I am not very experienced with excavators and such but they have been very helpful and polite with me. I feel like they keep improving on things as well, the equipment has always been very clean and in good working order and the crew working there acted very professional when they were in my neighborhood dropping off and picking up the equipment. I will definitely be renting other machines from bobcat in the future.

Chris and everyone else who I've dealt with here have been fantastic. I've rented various machines from them over the past few years, they have always gone above and beyond any other equipment rental company I've dealt with. Prices are very competitive, in fact the lowest I've found for rental, delivery and pick-up out here to where I am at near the base of Mt. Rainier. No matter if its been a new machine or like the last one (an old 743 I requested) all are well maintained with no down time. These are just a few of the reasons this old retired general contractor keeps coming back here! Thanks again to Chris and your crew!

We needed a propane powered skid steer for a job we had bid. They had one left and we had to give our Credit Card information to reserve it. On the day of the job they texted in the middle of the night that the machine was broken and would not be available. We pushed the job ahead for 2 days because they said it would be fixed. It was not.We did not receive the machine. That was March 12...Now April 8, after many calls and excuses they still have our $2300. Today they assured me it will be back in our account tomorrow...which we have been told many times.

I am giving zero stars and am furious with this company (Just ignore the one star I had to give to post this.)! My husband reserved an excavator for 10:00am on Saturday morning. When the excavator still had not arrived after two hours, he called and asked where it was. About ten phone calls later (using 3-4 different phone numbers because our calls were ignored half the time--the guy just wouldn't pick up the phone when he knew we were calling again), we finally had to accept that we were NOT getting an excavator delivered AT ALL. We were told: 1) We're running late. 2) It will be there. 3) It's getting loaded right now. 4) We're on our way. All were lies. The kicker was when, at 3:00pm, they asked if we needed a thumb for our excavator. We were trying to tear down our garage that had caught fire in May, so of course we needed a thumb, which my husband had specifically reserved. We had neighbors over to help us demo who were also waiting around for six hours, and we are currently paying a daily fee to rent a huge dumpster that's sitting in our driveway. We were told the only thumb they had was in Seattle and they could maybe get it to us in three hours. YA RIGHT! We immediately asked for a refund, which we still have not received. We were told a refund credit confirmation had been texted to my husband, which is another lie. I contacted my bank this morning and plan on contacting the Attorney General. I have NEVER encountered such a disreputable company in my life! You are insane if you read this review and proceed to do business with this place. I NEVER write reviews, but ethically I had to WARN YOU because I would want someone to warn me about a scam artist.
