0 stars from me! You know, I am pretty sure it's illegal, somehow, to disclose someone's account balance. They legit told my Mom's husband how much money I had in my savings account. Mind ya'll, I was the ONLY one in that account. Withdrew it all the next day!

It was a mistake opening my account at this branch , I asked the bank manager if I can use Apple Pay with this debit card he said no , then my employer deposited a check in my account and they are holding it for 10 days because they think it’s a fraud , went to branch asked for explanation no one knows why 👹👹👹👹

I recently had fraud happen to my bank account. Julio Vazquez was the banker I dealt with. He was quick to action and extremely helpful. Very personable and a pleasure to deal with.

Horrible experience with the branch "Vice President" Aracely. We liquidated my late grandmother's account as Executer back in September, and she neglected to close a very substantial CD. It took weeks to finally get cashed out. Almost every day I would call to speak with her. Every single time she instructed them to say she was with someone and neverrr returned my calls. I had to eventually call cooperate and go above her head to get it figured out. Turns out, she never added any of the almost 10 documents we provided, including her death certificate in her file. Avoid this location at all costs. It's a total joke.

I don’t mind banking here and the customer service and people that work here are great to work with however the only issue that I have with this location is the access to the ATM it is constantly busy especially on the weekends with a line full of people for the drive up and I have to wait behind cars for over 20 to 30 minutes so that I could access the ATM I simply just want to do a quick request they need to reconsider the entryway to allow access for people that would like to just get in and out for a simple ATM withdrawal or a deposit it’s very frustrating to be stuck especially when you want to be on your way….

I had a great initial experience on the phone, with the person giving great customer service and telling me exactly what I needed to do. but when i drove for hours to get here, I found that the branch that I had called was closed, and the other nearby branch was by appointment only. On my FOURTH attempt, the number finally picked up. Again, I got someone with great customer service. They transferred me to a banker... And now I've been waiting for someone to pick up for over 10 minutes, listening to a constantly repeating ad/propiganda thing for the bank. I don't think that I've ever heard a more blatantly self-serving, self-praising, manipulative, boringly repetitive hold message - one that's doubly ironic considering that my actual experience with this terrible place is the exact opposite of the empty propiganda that's being force fed into my ears by their hold message. After my initial phone experience, I was planning on giving this place a glowing 5 star review (assuming that my experience on-site was as good as my experience on the phone). Unfortunately for everyone involved, that didn't end up happening. And just one more layer of irony - if I weren't STILL on hold after 20 minutes now, then I might have never finished typing this out on my phone and posting it. Edit: Okay, so after giving up on the call and calling the number again, I talked to the same person who I had talked to the previous times, and after explaining the situation she came out and let me in. She gave me a great experience and helped me to take care of what I needed to take care of, as much as it was possible to take care of it right now. I wish that she had let me know about the lobby being closed before I drove all the way here, and let me know what I would need to do in order to get in, but overall I was very happy with her service. The banker who I'd been on hold waiting for also eventually called back and left a message saying that they were sorry that they had missed me, and giving me a number to call them back at - so once again, the actual person did their job well, but the larger system/staffing/etc failed them and turned what would otherwise have been a good experience into a much more lackluster one. Ultimately, my experience here was great when I was actually able to talk to someone - it was the other stuff around that part that this place really needs to work on. 5 stars for the people working here, especially Aracely - the person who helped me - but one star for everything else. Edit (again): You know what? - during the last part of this, Aracely went well above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my business done, and saved me a huge extra hassle that I would have otherwise had to deal with later. I was so impressed with her that I'm raising this to 4 stars.

I sold my home and my lawyer ask for my bank’s wire transfer instructions. I stop by this branch and the banker said it was the same as a direct deposit, I mentioned the reason again why I was asking and he insisted it was a direct deposit and all I needed was my routing number and account number. I searched online and a wire transfer is not the same as a direct deposit they similar but not the same. How did this guy get promoted as a banker?
