What an awful experience. I'm trying to close an HELOC from my father, who passed away. The local branch says they can't help. They say I need to contact their mortgage department. How is it they can take the paperwork to start the account, but the can't close it? Manager won't return my phone call either. It's bad enough that my family is going through a tough time. We need to jump through all sorts of hoops just to close an account.

Great customer care over the past few years at this location. Francisca, Adriana and Luis are amazing to work with. Helpful, happy to serve and quick to respond to questions and situations. I have been extremely pleased with banking here at BMO. These 3 individuals have changed my perspective on what a bank is and what a bank should be for it's customers.

Went to pay my car payment at 4PM on a Thursday and the drive through was closed. The website needs to be updated if your locations are going to be closed. I then drove to Brookfield because the website stated That location would be open until 530. However when I got there the drive-through was also close at the BMO Harris in Brookfield. Because your lobby locations are by appointment it is very important and great customer service to have updated hours on your website. .

We keep growing towards being a better, stronger team with the staff that we have now. Everyday we learn more and more on how to educate customers to make banking that much easier. Such a doing deposits at the ATM or the convenience of mobile deposits. Along with mobile cash at the ATM as well. Having supplies stocked for everyone to have their transactions ready to assist the speed/accuracy of the transactions.Striving to be better each year!

Very very slow tellers! Almost always sit in line for 10-30 minutes! Last experience was on a Friday... payday for most and they have ONE person working the lobby and drive thru! Sat there for 25 minutes in the drive thru and the line inside was 7 deep! Management of this branch should be ashamed!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I sat in line for over 35 minutes to make a simple deposit into my account. If you can help it at all, absolutely avoid this branch. This experience along with many other negative ones with BMO make me wonder why I even have an account with them.

Called in because I thought I was a victim of ID theft and got Luis! He explained everything and even went above and beyond to find a resolution for me. Luis cares a lot about BMO customers and would recommend this brand because of him!

Friendly employees whether you come in, drive thru or call..every one takes the time, and make the effort 2 fix the issue & make certain you understand...plus they have little bowls of "dum-dums"!!

I was there to fix a problem with an account that I tried to opened online and Luis Diego was so nice and helped me with everything. Loved the experience. Thank you

These people bank. They know how to bank and they execute banking procedures with conviction. Real bank at real bank hours. Money.
