I am with this bank for more than 25 years. Today, desk clerk didn't even say magic "thank you" after I've made a deposit. Next time I'll use on line deposit. That hopefully will help to fire useless and rude clerk.

The review is only for this branch. For the customers beware, you need to wait for more than 20 mins in case you need your documents to be notarized using notary from this branch. The worst case scenario is , they may not notarize anything citing technicalities , which any of the notary around the block will do. The best point is that rest of the branches around Chicago, would readily provide this service except this branch. what is the point of advertising additional services for retention of customers , unless you actually provide those services. That's the cue for looking out other banks that readily provide this service to retain customers ============= UPDATE : There was a reply from bank to connect with their review support. Similar to other reviews, it is a standard reply from social review team. No one from branch approached me for resolving this drop in their service =============

Your customer service is the worst. if you have procedures that you need to do because of rules and regulations than it would be nice to inform your customers about them at the time that appointments are set up not when you show up to the appointments. Wasted my time making an appointment and showing up to be told at the table that the process took two days. if i was informed earlier i would not have made other appointments that i need the same day. Horrible customer service. zero stars if the website allowed me to.

Spent almost an hour having an inexperienced yet kind banker try to assist me closing one account and opening another. The banker tried their best to get help from other bankers but they were too busy. It was frustrating but what I needed did get done in the end. Don't bother coming here (inside at least) if you're unfortunately in somewhat of a rush. Do walk-in if you have time to kill, that's for sure.

I normally dont write ratings but this one seemed to be a great place to start. Wanted to share ....when I walked into this bank it felt like i was visiting family. Everyone is so nice. I met with Marci. She was extreeeeeemely helpful and she went over and above to assist me. The 5 stars goes out to her. Thank you for everything.

Worst bank experience i had waited 45 minutes to speak to a banker. After I spoke with a banker she had to call customer service that took another 20-30 minutes. The reason I was at the branch was because I’m getting 3 service fees on my account, the reason that I was getting the fees was because they froze one of my accounts on Zelle, they wouldn’t refund me the money and manager was “busy” to speak with me. Super unprofessional!!!
