This bank has a great location. It is across the street from the library and Neuqua Valley HS, and is in the same center as a major grocery plus many other smaller businesses. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. Everytime I have stopped in, they have been professional and helpful. Yesterday I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment for meeting with a bank services representative, and they picked up the phone on the first ring. Now that's called being customer focused! Glad to have BMO Harris in the neighborhood!

Updated review. On Monday May 16th around 330pm I went in to this branch requesting a new debit card. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me out but he had a very heavy accent. He printed out my debit card then printed out a piece of paper saying sign here. I asked what is this? He responded a credit card application. I told him I never wanted a credit card nor did I ever say I wanted to apply for one. He then told me oh you don’t want it? I said no so he told me he would cancel it. I never signed anything. So on May 26th I get a phone call from the same gentleman saying I need to come in and sign something. I told him I could come tomorrow to do it (even though I wasn’t going to). So after this phone call about 15 minutes later he comes into WHERE I WORK ASKING FOR ME BY NAME WITH THE SAME PAPERS TO SIGN WHEN I WAS IN PERSON WITH HIM ON THE 16TH. I told him no again and he said he will call again tomorrow. That’s harassment and I never said I want a credit card or wanted to apply for one. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful and just creepy. I got in contact with the branch manager Victor and he said he submitted my complaint to customer resolutions as well as to his boss. Victor assured me this will never happen again at his branch. I emailed Victor asking for a update of what happened with the incident but have yet to receive anything back. I asked to have a outcome for this matter because I am the victim of harassment and it’s my right to know and haven’t heard back. This Matter was the final straw. Have had countless issues with bmo as a whole for example your fraud department is a joke they can't just reverse the charge when I said I didn't make that charge. A whole investigation has to be opened and it takes forever. Just one of countless issues I have had with bmo. I left bmo as a whole even though I’ve been with them since I was 18. 8 years later enough is enough I’m surprised I didn’t leave sooner.

Got 2 roll of dimes. One was short 1 dime. Bank does not count change when people drop off their rolled money. Was told by bank that we trust our customers that they bring in the right amount. Are they lazy and not count money???? It's only a dime but will never get change from this bank. If it was me shorting my deposit they sure would want their money.

Their bankers are very helpful and nice and seem to truly care about their customers financial future. I’ve had some issues in the past but nothing that the branch manager and/or banker couldn’t handle. I love that they ask for a “verbal passphrase” when you call customer service. I think that is very smart and secure. I wish more banks and credit card companies had something similar. I don’t like that they try to charge you for a replacement debit card. That is wrong in my opinion, you make enough money off my accounts, CD’s, and credit-building loans. I also do not understand why they got rid of the change counting machine; I can’t imagine those machines being cheap and they just placed it in this branch not too long ago. Lastly BMO has a lot of hidden fees which is why I’ve started looking at other banks recently. I do thoroughly enjoy using BMO’s ATM’s though because they are super easy to use and very convenient (you can put cash in them with no envelope as well deposit up to 30 checks at one time). The mobile cash feature is also a plus! Overall this is a good bank, I just wish there wasn’t all the fees.

They continue to remove necessary features here... Such as cashing in coins (can not do anymore) or getting a check printed while you wait for your new ones in the mail (not this location anymore). Also I chose not to use them for my mortgage, so basically just as useful as an ATM to me.

One of the most beauitful branches of BMO Harris Bank. Victorian style decor, poles, and light fixtures. They also have great service. We went in this time to get our coins exchanged for bills. They politely told us that they no longer do that for loose changed and gave us the paper rolls to roll them up ourselves first. They will take pre-rolled coins.

This bank is completely unorganized. They lose forms you've filled out and then require you to do them again. Don't waste your time at this bank.
