I just want to say thank you to the employees of this branch. Paul Mejia and Roman Corona helped me when many other banks would not. I will tell all my friends about very positive experience I had with them and recommend them to anyone looking for a bank that still cares. Alexandra Torry

Paul Mejia, Rude banker on Thursday March 26th around 3:30pm withdrawing money by the drive through did not have proper manner for direct customer services relation. in case there was a bad day or time when you are at this mood stay please away from customer.

My husband and I just transferred banks from Bank of America because of their customer service...I always heard good things about BMO so we decided to try it! Well looks like their customer service is just as bad!!!!! We went in today and this older Mexican lady who has helped us before was rude like she always is!! Then we confronted her about her demeanor she simply told us well if you don’t like it maybe you should switch banks! REALLY! Wow! So I guess we might have to!

All I can say is my wife and I started banking here when it was still Thunderbird M&I and have been treated great in all that time. Do people have off days? Why sure, we're all human so if someone is having a quiet day we always interject humor into the conversation and that always seems to help. So Karina if next time you're with a "customer" of yours and you're feeling that your being treated badly.. Please mention it at the time, we're all human trying to make our way in this world. Interject some humor about the day you're experiencing & you'll be amazed.🤔 Have an awesome day and pass it on 😊👌

This is where I got my first bank account several years ago, and I've never once had a bad experience here. The staff is always so nice and friendly! And they're always very helpful, even when I have lots of questions they never make me feel rushed or stupid for asking, they make sure I get all the help and information I need.

This is the best bank ice ever been too, my grandma had an account here since I was a kid so all the staff know me and are really friendly, even if you haven't been going there for a long time the staff will still take the time to get to know you, and are very helpful and fast, the bank also offers MANY ways to help it's account holders

If there is more than 1 or 2 people it takes forever to get done and out, the tellers are slow and if there's a line they don't open any additional windows.

Been banking here for almost 5 years now and the staff are friendly, helpful, and REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE!!!

Rude staff and one banker, has been waiting for more than an hour and this put me behind the 8 ball . I will never come to this bank again!

Why does Google show Sat. Hrs 8-12 & I'm here 11:30 & they're closed. Also never advise when closing early for holidays
