We didn’t schedule an appointment on a Saturday and walked in 8 minutes before they closed. Do not do your banking here. I tried to call ALL DAY to book an appt with a banker. ONCE I finally got a live person she forwarded me to someone who I left a vmail with. I never heard from him ALL DAY. I am now trying to call again and AGAIN nobody is answering the phone. Go somewhere else. I'd rather put my money under my mattress than deal with this branch. Also, their app stinks.

Walked to this branch to open a new account. There were 2 bankers with no customers but they made me wait and wait until I just left. This was the first and last time I'll step foot inside that bank. It's too bad because I live so close.
