Called to get some information and the man was extremely rude said he didn’t have time cause he had other customers, I didn’t know being a phone customer makes you less of a customer

Garbage place! Stay away from their services if you value your money. I went to pick up cash I was sent to and fee was paid by sender, but these crooks gave me a check for it and charged $10.50 to cash it. Just crooked and disgusting way to steal money from people! An employee even told me they got shut down for 8 weeks by Western Union and now they need money to make it up for the time lost. Unbelievable! I'm calling Western Union to report this robbery.

Never had a problem with their service. Professional and courteous.
