I want so say that they will help you to the end they are professional at what they do Zak will find you a lender Maria will talk you through it all she will be there as well she is great at what she does.Now my realtor Luis actually promised me he will get me in a home before the year was over note that i started looking for a home in the middle of November and i didnt think it was going to happen because everyone is buying the market was going so fast but he moved his magic fingers and found me one I loved open floor plan a wonderfull home Luis and the whole team pulled through better than i expected.Thank you all so much for all your hard work and i really love my new home keep it up keep doing great work.Sincerely D.E.S.

Excellent! I was able to save a ton of money in closing costs and specially with the interest rate! The rate was over 1% lower than the one I received from a major bank. I was skeptical at first, but after doing my due diligence I felt comfortable enough to give them a change. I am so glad I did. I was able to save soo much. Alex was the best! I found Alex to be very knowledgeable about my real estate questions. The staff at Blue Castle Lending were all terrific, Dana and Freddy really made us feel comfortable in the home buying process. Dana answered all my questions, if he didn't know the answer, he would search it out and get back to me. Even weeks after closing, Alex made sure we were taking care of. We had a post occupancy agreement with the seller and Alex covered all the bases making my wife and I very comfortable. Alex didn't leave us after closing he continued to work on our behalf. The work ethic, honesty and integrity of Alex and his team is far beyond standard. I recommend this team to anyone purchasing a home. This team is the Best!

Martin Alex Baglioni is a fraud...he is a flawed real estate agent and now hes doing Lending!??! Take all of your paperwork to an attorney for review immediately from this fraud and describe your whole experience. Watch this dude!! He deletes negative comments.
