They are the worst organization I've ever had to work with by far. Working with their "call center' is a joke at best, full on scam at worst. I'd been hung up on more times than I can count over a period of weeks trying to get some account information, and when I finally did get a human on the other end that didn't immediately hang up after stating my intentions, they refused to talk to me. After I took time off work to go in person to close the account, they repeatedly kept calling me, blaming my issues on "poor training". Best part is almost a month after I closed my account I got the statement documents in the mail that I'd asked for 4 months previous. Icing on the cake, new credit union I went to had everything resolved and setup WITHIN 30 MINUTES.

Danny, is by far the best Teller at Blue FCU in Laramie. I can see him outside of his job and tell him I need something done and he will call me next day to get it taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of. This guy needs to go places within Blue. He sets the standards of how a credit union should be ran. Great job Danny. This was going to be my new Credit Union but when no one answered the phone at the branch and I waited on hold for over 1.5 hours for the call center to answer I knew there customer service would not live up to my expectations. Do not waste your time with this sorry business.

Not willing to work with you at all. And would rather ignore you then take 5 minutes to explain things to you. They fed me with a bunch of lies. Support is usually helpful, but this location precisely is not useful for a thing

Was trying to resolve an issue with my Loan acct. spent over 45 minutes 3 times on hold... they dont even open until 10 AM and close at 5. terrible customer service and very unprofessional. will be taking my loan to a new bank.... simple questions take them all day to give you an answer..

Cannot pay on loans through them without an account there or they will charge a $10-$25 fee! $10 to pay with external bank account and $25 to pay with debit card! Also after trying to set up "money mover" it will not let me verify my external account so had to call to make the payment, was told they were waiving the fee, but was charged it and they charged the whole amount plus the $10 fee twice!! Do not recommend for an auto loan!!

No bank has any business opening at 10 AM. It displays a level of idleness in their purpose and earnings, as if it is up to the consumer to devise a way to serve the product. There seems to be no inclination on how the money arrives, only that it arrives easily and conveniently.

Went in to open account, banker Kayla informed me that due to a few items on my chexsystems, she would be unable to open. I asked at that time if I could bring in the letters showing all accounts paid if they could open the account, for which she said, you bring me those letters, I and I can open the account. 3 weeks later I walk in with the letters, and am told by Kayla she would send to her manager and see if they could open account. 3 days later after no response, I had to request a follow up for which, they declined me opening the account. First issue, the Banker, lied and didn't care that she lied. Second, she is so lazy, that she could not respond to me that same day and inform me of this when she found out, rather than forcing me to request the follow up. My opinion, this credit union is a joke, and okay with lying to prospective customers. Maybe it is just the branch. Maybe not. I will make sure my friends never utilize this company due to her alone. Update- responded to the email owner provided, gave the same information to them as posted in review, and they thought I was complaining in order to just get my application reviewed, and wasted more of my time reinforming me that I am not still unable to open the account. As if after the customer service i received in the first place would ever make me want them to reconsider after the first fiasco, but since that wasn't obvious enough. Let me put it in plainly. I WOULD NEVER USE OR ASSOCIATE WITH BLUE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. The only desire I had was to let management know how their bankers were acting in their behest, which involves lying directly to their prospective customers, beyond that, I have no desire ever to work with this company.

Can’t believe how hard this bank makes it to pay your bill and charge you for it. Plus the additional fees on top of your payment. I’ve been trying to make a payment for 3 days and still can’t get a straight answer or an email that I was told had already been sent. Will never do business with this bank again
