    Jack line the Receptionist was very welcoming to every customer and she sets up a very good Coffee bar and make great coffee. Addison the Teller is very knowledgeable and was proficient in taking care of my and my Wife's transaction. She was very friendly to us both

    Just got done calling EVERY branch in Cheyenne and could not get a human. Wanted help making credit card payment. If I do a simple transfer from say checking to Credit Card it does not post for days. I had notices coming to me last time 12 days after payment saying it was past due when I actually made a second payment to pay it down to zero and walk away. Also You can't access cash from alll accounts on ATM. If you want cash from account other than member share you first have to transfer from other account to member share. If you try and funds are not in member share it will cost you $30 for the attempt. Also I set up direct deposit to a savings account other than member share and out of six visits I have never been able to get deposit directed to correct account although I have been assured at every level that it was "taken care of this time"

    Honestly terrible, every time I call I’m always forwarded and then my call is never taken. It’s honestly very frustrating when you have a question and can’t make it to the bank during working hours because of responsibilities, you would think the staff could at the very least answer the phone

    Applied for a credit card and it’s been over a week. Called multiple times and kept getting “someone will call you by the end of the day” but yet nobody ever calls. They choose not to do their job and I’m over it. Will not be doing business with them in the future. I would avoid this place.

    Way to flipping slow on drive thru - young lady basically clueless and takes about 20 minutes to even get to helping. I get being busy-get a second body helping when 9 plus cars are waiting

    WORST BANK IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Every time I go into the bank everybody is rude and on top of that the mobile banking app/Website is ALWAYS UNDER MAINTENANCE and so you can’t check your account balance ever. DONT BANK HERE ITLL SAVE YOU THE HASSLE

    I didn't know how to do some things but a Ms. Jaquelin had me covered; she was patient as well as took the initiative in being able to assist me in learning how to use their new touchscreens for cash deposits. If she didn't ask, I think I would've walked out without having completed my deposits. Thanks Ms. Jaquelin!

    Worst customer service I’ve encountered at any credit union. They seldom do what they say they’re going to do, and it takes forever to get someone on the phone. I’ve been trying to get a fraudulent charge removed from my account for nearly 3 weeks now, with no response for the past 16 days. I have twice requested a replacement debit card, which has yet to be sent after 3 weeks.
