Dealing with Blue Brick has been a very pleasant experience. This is my third time and as always I was treated like an important customer and they were updating me frequently. They were very knowledgeable and extremely competent. I will definitely use Blue Brick and would refer any family and friends as well.

Finally a no cost loan that is truly just that! I was concerned that dealing with an out of state lender would be a hassle but these guys were great to work with! Everything they promised they delivered. They were helpful and I especially appreciated how responsive they were in getting back to me with info or answers to my questions. Glad we decided to use Blue Brick and I will use them again in the future!

A quick and seamless process. The team of loan officer Tom Garvey, loan officer assistant Shelley Hendricks and processor, Daphne Fredstrup was outstanding! Guided me every step of the way, kept me informed, always professional and responded immediately to my questions.

Was satisfied with the end result - great rate, no surprises - with one very big exception: They took so long with the process that my loan skipped two payments!!! I wanted to pay, I tried to pay, but the loan wasn't finalized so I couldn't. Obviously this didn't help my Exceptional credit, it dropped it down 40 points to only Very Good credit. So yeah, if you go with them, get it in writing up front that they will finalize before your next payment is due, or else don't go with them.

I just finished my refi loan and am very pleased with Blue Brick. All of the paperwork was done via email with little problem. And the notary came to our house to get all the voluminous paperwork signed which was a first for me. Rebecca Arellano was very efficient throughout the whole process which took about a month overall. I am usually skeptical of flyers in the mail but I checked out their record on no cost refinance loans and all worked out well as others have reviewed. Strongly recommend this firm.

Great people, got us not one but two amazing refinances within six months of each other, saving us hundreds a month, in a true no cost refi. Not sure anyone could do any better. Easy to work with, and stayed in touch, even during the current glut of refinancing. We recommend them without reservation!

Rebecca Arellano was our loan processor. She was very good at responding whenever we had questions and addressing our concerns. There were snags in our loan that she handled extremely well and we appreciated it very much. She even stayed on top of our situation when she was sick at home to make sure our issues were taken care of. We would definitely recommend Blue Brick Financial.

Appears to be a scam. I received a letter in the mail saying I qualified for a no cost refinance and that Blue Brick will pay all fees. I read the online reviews (which are mixed). I call the number on the letter, voicemail (3 pm on a weekday, not a holiday). I call the main phone number for the company, voicemail. I go to their website and find phone numbers for a couple other loan officers, yup voicemail. I see they have a form you can fill out on their website, figure what the hell....well they want your social security number and its a non https webpage, I fill in everything but my social and indicate they need to call for that information, its been a month since I filled out that form, no response.

I had a great experience working with Tom and Shelkey and their team. They were communicative and kept me updated through the whole process. They were able to find a product that worked perfectly for my family! I would definitely recommend them!
