2nd worst bank in Springfield Missouri.. Bank of America takes 1st place.. Tried to make a loan payment for my grandma, And they tried to run my credit card as making a cash withdrawal, comma which of course made my bank decline the transaction. And the lobby isn't open so the lines are really long. And they have some of the dumbest banking policies of ever seen.

This credit union is great and the branch at Kearney and Kansas is the best, thanks to its very helpful branch manager. The people here are always friendly and go out of their way to help. This is what a credit union should be. Some have commented on the lack of ATMs. You get a refund on your ATM fees so essentially, every ATM is your ATM! I came here after the Bank of America down the street treated my wife and I poorly. Great decision!

UPDATE: Though it was indicated they would be in touch, no one was in touch. Be wary. I'm an individual with over 800 credit score. Sometimes we let small accounts go dormant. Without warning of any sort, this bank closed our three accounts and will not offer our funds back. Given it was only $25, but the principal of the matter is that if they will do this, what else will they try to get away with. We won't return, and if you're a person or business with less than perfect credit, these guys will absolutely take advantage- FAIR WARNING.

Close proximity to home but most are. I've been banking with the credit union for over 30 years. Obviously, I'm loyal and I've had good experiences to keep me from leaving. Great kid programs through the the year.

I love the people on Kearney & Kansas and some of the other ones eels where, they are all nice , friendly, and helpful people. My biggest problem on why I said 3 stars otherwise I'd say 5 is I just tried calling and I waited for a long , long time . I know it was at least 30-45 min just to talk to some one , how wrong is that .? Thank GOD it wasn't an emergency is all I got to say.! Thanks for your time!

I changed to this institution 16 years ago because my husband banked there, and they treated him so much better than the bank and credit union I used previously had treated me. We have never had any problems.

This is by far the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. Their incompetence knows no bounds and their customer service is a joke! They make it very clear that your business is not valued in the least. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Auto loan Insurance is done by third party and they should be fired. APR % for auto loan is the best.
