extremely bad customer service. they charge you ridiculous fees every chance they get. would never recommend anyone to do their credit card processing. costco is way better on rates & no hidden fees. blackstone will give u a 'free' terminal & charge all kinds of stupid fees to make up for it. when u call them they'll keep giving the runaround. ridiculous people, can't believe they're still in business. BEWARE

!!! FRAUD ALERT, BEWARE !!! ••• PYRAMID SCHEME! ••• (Osvaldo Palomino, Jose Zayas-Bazán, Andrés Betancourt, and Ivan are crooks.) This company (its representatives, like OSVALDO PALOMINO) will tell you that you have 6 months to cancel with no cancellation fees, tell you it's $15 minimum a month for the basic service/terminal, yet when you call to cancel before the supposedly 6 months they will charge you $350 for cancellation fees. If you're a business owner, save yourself a hassle, avoid this company at all costs. They are going to steal your money! >> JANUARY 2017: I received the terminal. After I received the first statement, I was being charged 40% of the total amount processed. I knew we had made a mistake of choosing this company. >> FEBRUARY 2017: After calling to try to cancel the service and placing a bad review online, I was contacted by JOSE ZAYAS-BAZAN, who supposedly "lowered the fees" from the account and asked to please take down the review I had written. After this we kept using the terminal up until APRIL 2017 and disconnected the terminal (ridiculous fees, pathetic customer service, lies everywhere). I contacted Blackstone on MAY 2017 to cancel and I was being charged a ridiculous cancellation fee for a contract I never received. I told them of the 6-month period I was told by OSVALDO PALOMINO and that's when JOSE ZAYAS-BAZÁN contacted me to tell me the cancellation fees will be waived. (A LIE!) >> JUNE 2017: I sent JOSE ZAYAS-BAZÁN the cancellation form he requested and confirmed received by email. I called days after to confirm the account was closed and that we would not be charge any fees. The representative confirmed with us by phone the account was closed and that we no longer had an account. TWO MONTHS LATER... >> AUGUST 2017: We find that there where unauthorized charges on our business account by Blackstone. They had been charging our account without sending statements by email (to avoid having us know of these charges). I called and spoke to ANDRES BETANCOURT and he said the account was never closed, to send him the email I had previously sent JOSE ZAYAS-BAZÁN as proof of the cancellation I submitted. Promised he'll call me, never did. Called again the next day, he confirmed the account was closed (how can you trust this company if I was told account was closed once, but it never really wasn't?) and told me JOSE would contact me, since I requested to speak with him. Guess what? NOBODY EVER CALLS YOU BACK. >> I had to call back today (8/8/17) to speak with Jose, I was disconnected (he literally hung up on me, I was never contacted back). I called minutes later and a lady wouldn't even direct my call to him again, she just told me Jose said somebody named IVAN would contact me. 20 minutes later, IVAN calls me back, requesting that we pay $350 to cancel the account or that the two unauthorized charges made to our account would not be refunded. SEE HOW THEY REALLY ARE CROOKS?! IF YOU WANT PROBLEMS, SIGN UP FOR THIS PATHETIC COMPANY. I GUARANTEE YOU THEY WILL MAKE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT! By the way... if you see some 5-star reviews, they're employees, not clients! Such clowns! Real reviews are negative reviews, this company doesn't have anything good to offer you!

The best rates and service I have encountered from any merchant services company! Highly recommend!

WORST experience ever. This company is the most dishonest people I have dealt with. We had numerous issues with them. They sold our account to another company. We closed the account two months ago and they are still charging. They lie everytime we call. I don't even know how they are still in business. Dear business owner look for another merchant company and do yourself a HUGE favor!
