Worse costumer service ever!, beware!! My daughter took her car to get an intoxalock installed, right after she got it installed she went to get an oil change and her car died, they couldn’t get it to start. We called and the guy that answered was so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! He kept talking over me, instead Listening. Raising his voice at me, I would give this place a 0 if I could. They need to learn some people skills to run their business. 👎👎
Perhaps if you allowed our staff to assist you by answering questions rather than yelling at them to fix a problem caused by another business you would make better progress. Also in the future we would advise you that your daughters car smelling strongly of marijuana as well as residual traces of same will net her yet another DUI. Thank you.
