I called around everywhere trying to find a cheap bike for my neighbor who has a few disabilities. I called this place and the owner said he had one. The price was reasonable. I drove out there and not only did he sell me the men’s bike but I asked how much for both and gave me the best price ever!!! He said they used to belong to him and his wife and he was kind enough to sell them cheap! My neighbor was so happy and so am I! Thank you sir for knowing how to conduct business!!!

The best pawn shop in Kentucky! Great customer service and willing to accommodate customers needs! Would refer anyone that needs a loan or to sell unwanted items!

I have dealt with Bill's Pawn Shop and also his previous business for over 20 years and have never had an unfair or unpleasant dealing with Bill or any of his family that have worked there. Bill is very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the business. I will continue to deal with Bill and respect his opinion.

First encounter with this pawn shop and it was a gun transfer I bought online. The people were very nice and willing to help as I looked around the store. When it came time to do the paperwork for the gun one person started the process and got everything ready for another gentleman. This gentleman overlooked I had a CCDW license and started the background check which always throws me into the 3 day waiting period. He realized what he had done and got on the phone and tried to fix it (without any luck I was hooked to wait another 3 days). I said all that to say this... the gentleman took ownership of his mistake, explained it was his fault because he became busy and didn't see my CCDW, apologized and said he wouldn't charge me anything when I came back to pick up my gun. He wasn't shady about it and he seemed to be very regretful for his oversight. This gun was for my birthday and was hard to find and yes, I was disappointed. Who wouldn't be? But the gates of hell didn't open up because this gentleman did the right thing and handled himself accordingly. I'll be using them again.

First time in store the owner Bill was very helpful very reasonable an very nice I will be back to continue to give him business thanks for the help today bill this is the pawn shop I like to go to
