While the Pandemic has certainly been stressful and very difficult for most businesses to survive. It definitely produced it's share of rude and disrespectful customers, Bill Black appears to be one of them. Although this review is based on his actions, and not his mortgage company (I have no idea about his company other than there are hundreds of options out there in the business to go through that I've met through the years). I just find it troubling that a business owner would actually act like a fool and trash someone else's business during these stressful times. You would think that ALL small businesses would band together during the recovery period to work together and help rebuild our community instead of the exact opposite.

Bill is awesome!!! We bought our first house here in Vancouver using the VA home loan. A friend referred us to Bill and his fiancée Kelyn (real estate agent) and things could not have been better! Quick closing, no hidden surprises and always answered our calls/texts (even late and weekends) - thanks again Bill!
