Elizabeth and Sandra are angels sent from heaven! I left my wallet in the cabin and they went immediately and found it for me. Honest and trustworthy, Elizabeth and Sandra were able to get me the wallet back with everything in tact.

Very nice cabins. Got all the basic items you'd need. Cozy, warm, spacious and homey. Only thing it's lacking is updated appliances. Very old stove, fridge and televisions! Could not connect our chromecast to the tv(although there is wifi). Also, no coffee maker, we brought our own luckily. Overall, a great place to spend family time.

We had an awesome time here for my sons birthday... Large group of us, great cabin, lots of funs stuff to do and close proximity to EVERYTHING! Stay at the Pine Haven cabin.. Definintely booking thru Cool Cabins again on our next trip!

Always love using Big Bear Cool Cabins. They have excellent customer service. When my family and I need to find a cabin, Barbara always helps us out and finds us a great cabin!

Rented a cabin with Big Bear Cool Cabins a few times, all good experience. Cabin were as described, easy check-in and check-out. Being able to call or text to get questions answered was great as well.

Not bad. The cabin we got was in need of a bit of maintenance but a call to their main office sends a maintenance worker out right then and there. Despite the small inconvenience, I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend their services.

Amazing company. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. The customer service is excellent and they have the best selection of cabins. I really like that their website gives you the total out the door, no added fees afterwards.

Check here, before you book with Cool Cabins. What they advertise, is not what you get. On the website, it seemed like our cabin had access to the beach, tennis courts, a gazebo and kids swing area on the property. What those picture were was actually the city park about 4 blocks away. The wi-fi and cable was off and on and the running water in the shower and sinks was either too cold or too hot - yes, I have a Goldilocks complex; I want it just right. Also, they have a surcharge if you don't take your trash out (to a designated location) I stayed at the Big Bear 4 Seasons 5

awesome cabin, great customer service! we went through gigi, she was awesome! we werent sure about the mountains but gigi gave us so many places to go and things to do! big bear cool cabins rock, so does their staff...especially our new friend gigi!!! p.s. i think she said her real name is rachel, but we know her as gigi! :-) cabin was beautiful as well!!!

Super fun cabins for my family. My dog Cuitie also loves the cabins. Cool Cabins is soooo COOL beacuse they give out free doggie bowls and treats. Woof Woof.... Barbara always helps us out with our yearly cabin stay in Big Bear.
