I purchased my second used Honda from this dealership on 10/31/18. I purchased a 2017 CRV with 10,000 miles. I did not realize until Dec that it had 2 back bald tires, the oil had not been changed May 2018, and one of my documents was not processed correctly for my trade. I was informed that all vehicles are inspected with a fine tooth comb before placed on the lot. That must not be accurate. My suggestion to buyers is to perform due diligence when reviewing your purchase and documentation. The staff is always nice & this is why I returned.

My wife and I first came into Bianchi Honda to test drive a few cars for her. When she tried a Fit, I said "This might not be for you, but I love this car". We took a couple of days to think about it, and came back on a Saturday to see how much my old car (literally old--a 2005 Scion xB) was worth. It was a very busy day at the dealership, but John Duckworth, our salesperson, was there to answer all of our questions and take us for test drives. And we felt comfortable discussing our potential purchase with John, and he gave us plenty of time to discuss it privately with each other. We never felt pressured at all, which I definitely appreciated. In the end, we wound up buying a 2019 Fit for me (as a 6'4 man, I'm amazed how well I fit in the Fit) and a still-unsold 2018 Civic EX-L for my wife. Jason made us feel like valued customers at Bianchi Honda, and Lennon made the financing process as quick and enjoyable as possible. Really impressed with the team at Bianchi Honda!

We have been leasing Honda Odysseys since 2005 from Bianchi Honda and have not been disappointed. We work with Bill Donor and he makes sure everything is taken car of and makes it an pleasant and easy experience. Our car is always ready for us to drive off the lot, however, Bill makes sure the system settings are reviewed and set up for us. There were so many new standard options this year but when I left the lot I felt comfortable with everything. We needed to transfer a lift from one car to another and Bill handled getting the car to Garnon's for removal of the lift. All I had to do was drive there to have the lift installed in the new car. Honda also reimburses us for the cost of doing that and we have had the lift transferred 5 times. Bill Donor goes the extra mile and we get a good price and a car perfect for us. We would not go anywhere else. Jamar was a pleasure to work with for financing.

I helped move tables for the sales staff to move them out of the way so they could drive a car off the showroom floor. I then tried to have a conversation with a sales guy to purchase a new car as my current vehicle is old and falling apart. It wasn't something that I specifically came there for, but he at least started the conversation. After a couple of minutes he got pulled away but never can back and essentially ignored me. The service crew is awesome though. I'd rate this place higher if the sales people actually cared. I'll be going to some other Honda dealer to give them my business.

I would highly recommend working with Mike Vogt he was great to work with he wasn't overwhelming like some sales people can be. And once I decided on which vehicle I wanted he was very informative and he also kept me right in line with my budget. I've purchased alot of vehicles in the past and I've specifically avoided certain dealerships because the sales people who overwhelm you with every "great feature" of the car before you even know if you like how it drives, it's time consuming finding a vehicle and he was great and didn't waste my time telling me all the specs before he even knew if i liked the car.
