Bethpage Federal Credit Union School St, Glen Cove

Last time I stopped here maybe two weeks ago, the card reader to open the door after hours was not working so I couldn't get in. This time one ATM wasn’t working and the one that was wouldn’t accept a cash deposit. What gives? Never have problems like these at other Bethpage branches

I will never get this bank aging 😡😡😡 I have to close my Debit and credit card because I’m not a Recident of usa 🇺🇸 what is the problem we people we out document from 🇺🇸?? 😡😡

Without a doubt the most unhelpful and disorganized lending unit I've ever worked with. While mortgage and HELOC loans are never easy, quick or hassle free, BFCU takes it it a new low. Simple questions take a week to get responded to, and answer usually takes 2-3 weeks. They lost so many documents I've just sent them copies of everything every few weeks. The loan rep promised 30-45 days to get approved and 10 weeks later one still cannot get a status update. Save yourself the time and hassle and shop at a major bank even if it costs a 1/8 point more. it'll be worth your sanity and pocketbook.

Long transaction time, as compared to other banking methods and in relation to fast paced society. Nice, very helpful and informative staff.

This credit union has done well for me, providing reliable and reasonable or free service.

The ATM is not open 24/7 as advertised on the front Door. False advertisement
