I have financed 2 vehicles with this company and had a good customer service and a decent rate, taking in consideration some credit problems that I have. Now that I checked my credit I can see that they do report to the credit bureau and no I have better credit score, thanks ladies. Great job!!!

My experience with Best Financial of Bountiful INC was completely disatisfactory on several occasions. I've never done business with a company who makes it so difficult for their customers to make a payment and manage their accounts. They failed to explain their accepted payment methods at the time of going over my contract, thus resulting me having to go above and beyond to my make my first payment. According to the manager they only accept MO or personal check. Which is beyond outrageous. I have no need for personal checks thus I must purchase them from my bank in order to make my payment or I would have to drive and purchase a MO where I would still have to drive and drop it off or pay to mail it off. The third option is to make a telephone payment in which they charge 10% of the payment amount to take the payment. All payment options I'm having to pay money to pay them their money which I feel I'm being bamboozled. On one of the occasions in which I had an unpleasant experience with BFoBI was when I requested a 10 day pay off. Per trading in my vehicle I was requested to obtain a 10 day pay off from BFoBI, which was given to me upon request. The following few days I start receiving collection calls with threading voicemails from the manager. It was not just one voicemail per day, it was SEVERAL. Which to me it was unclear as to why I was receiving these collection calls If I had just notified BFoBI of the trade in and it had not been any longer than 3 days of notifying them. So I comunicated with the manager Norma once more regarding the trade in/10 day pay off and came to a agreement of further contact should my new financing company fail to send payment. The following day I get the same 3 missed calls within 1 hour with the same threatening voicemails. So once more I communicated with BFoBI regarding when they would receive their payment, only this time I spoke with Connie who explained there was no notes nor was it communicated to her that I was paying off which is why she was obligated to call me. She also stated that they were adding late payment penalties on top of amount due. In other words I was being penaltized for an account pending pay off which they were completely aware of. I am beyond appalled with how unprofessional, unorganized and unethical this company's policies, procedures and communication amongst employees have been. Coming to the conclusion that I will never do or recommend doing business with this company. My advise to others considering Best Financial of Bountiful INC as an option is: "Keep search for other financing companies until you've exhausted all other options."

They do not go the extra mile. I would go elsewhere.
