Absolutely the worst realtor I have had to work with. My wife and I were buying a house in Lyndonville and the owners were using this realtor to represent them. The owners had accepted our offer and our down-payment. Some repairs had to be made to the house before we could close on it and I was doing the work. The whole time, their realtor refused to put a Sold sign on the house because "a cash buyer may come along." Well, one never did. We closed on the house. I called them to tell them to get their sign off of my property, they never called me back and never came. I took their sign down the next day, and then they had the gall to call me and yell at me about it. Thank you so much Zambito Realty for ruing the experience of buying a home with my wife for the first time, and for denying us the opportunity to take the typical "Sold" picture when we closed on the house. I make sure to tell eveyone I can what a horrible company you are to work with.

My husband and I recently moved from Florida. Debbie Carpenter-Fraass worked with us until we found the perfect home. We found her extremely knowledgeable of the area and felt confident when she answered our real estate questions. I highly recommend this agency and Debbie Carpenter-Fraass.

My experience with Zambito Realtors has been nothing but great. I have been working with Natasha( Who is awesome btw) and she has been EXTREMELY patient with me and this process. The whole company is hands on and never leave you out of the loop, they actually go above and beyond!!! I have already recommended my friend to the company and I will continue to if anybody ask. You cannot ask for a better company to work with.

David Sevenski.... Is very rude and disrespectful. He came to my apartment on a rampage. Yelling and screaming at me about a showing I already spoke to my landlord about. Yelling at me as if I'd been giving them problems about showing my apartment. As, I never have, I've always been nice and cooperative with the clients! I tried walking away, and he flipped out screaming at me..." Don't you f×××ing walk way from me! I told him I will not deal with you being rude and disrespectful. He pretty much came at me screaming and walking towards me in threatening manner. I never in my life have experienced such foul behavior from a realtor. It got solo bad... I called the police. I would never use or recommend there office, especially him. Never! I wouldn't want someone with that much rage and disrespect to ever represent me or anything I represent!

This is the second time I have had the pleasure to work with Debbie. She is very professional and great at what she does. She went above and beyond to help me purchase my home. Highly recommend her!
