The rudest, most ignorant, unethical staff I have ever dealt with. And I gave them multiple chances. Throughout multiple transactions. I realize they really do not care what the customer is entitled to or just what is right if it's going to lose them money or make them less. is easy to smile and sell something when you're is easy to smile and sell something when you're trying get someone to buy something, but when something does go wrong, this is exactly the type of business you don't want to have to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Cash America or is it couple of pawn shops on Lee Trevino. Another one is First Cash Pawn, I've had a good business with them with only a few hiccups. Plus they're open later.

Just experienced the best customer service.I live in the Northeast side of El Paso and bought a tv today at Benny’s Pawn Shop in Horizon.. I couldn’t take it home because it didn’t fit in my car, then Ricardo and Angel offered to deliver. Now I have here at my house and I’m one super happy customer.. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINNEST!!!
