The sign in there says "No Cell Phones". The girl giving me my money order, not paying attention, spelled my name wrong on it, so I had to wait for her to fix it, which made me late for work... Because she was playing on her phone

Got here 5:30 doors where closed, one customer inside and when I called the lady said she was trying to get rid of the customer un store to leave. If you get paid by the hour, WORK YOUR FULL HOURS AND STOP TRUING TO GET RID OF THE CUSTOMER THAT IS TRYING TO HELP YOU GET PAID !!!!

GREAT SERVICE!!! I had a problem because my jacket with wallet was stolen recently and had only copies of my ID + DL & original SS card. Tried 3 other Currency Exchanges and they all refused to cash the check. Staff at this store made a few phone calls to check some facts and boom... I had cash in my hand. Thank You so, so much and keep up this high quality of service. 👍👍👍👍👍

Sorry to say but they are not polite. One elderly lady who worked at the right side first corner window was the only one who was nice. They've also given a hard time cashing a check for my nephew who's been going there for years and is registered there too. He had his ID and still. Though many not happy here nothing is changing for improvement.

These people are super slow...they ended up charging my debit card two times for the same transaction and refused to help me or pay my bank fee that occurred in my due to their error! don’t use a debit card here and make sure you look over all your paperwork before you leave. Poor quality customer service and knowledge of the real world. Stay away from them

Went there to register my new bike. The girl who was Hispanic had an attitude from the very beginning. The older Polish lady that was there also had an attitude. Must have caught them both on a bad day. They didn’t want to do it cause it was bought from another state. I had the title and bill of sale and they just refused. Went to another location and they were very helpful and pleasant.

I went to get a money order for my credit card bill and there was a long line in front me. 10 minutes later another long line formed right behind me. Only 2 windows were open and there were 4 employees working there. It took forever but things started rolling and i finally got my money order. I like coming here but I think all the employees should attend the customers and speed up their services.

Went to get a letter notarized and the only lady who was able to notarize letters didn't want to do it. She then mentioned go to another currency exchange. I thought all they were supposed to do is verify that the two people signing the paper are who they say they are. I went to another currency and was able to notarize without an issue.

These ladies were such a great help.

This review is for belmont and central currency exchange. Horrible, rude and lazy employees. Especially old polish woman with short silver hair. Very unhelpful woman who makes stupid and inapropriate comments. My foot will not be set in this place ever again. People , go somewhere else.
