    Nice people at the branch but Bellco in general is not business friendly. They limit your transactions, charge you to use bill pay, and they demand that you setup a personal account to guarantee the business account if you want to use a mobile deposit app. They also decided to put a limit on my business credit card!!! They are literally forcing me to write checks for anything over $5k, and they force me to drive to the bank to make deposits. It is a business, they don't understand that businesses need to make transactions over $5k. The last straw is their decision to close the branch on Saturdays. I now have to take time out from the job to go to the bank during the week. As soon as I have the time, I am moving my account elsewhere. Going somewhere that is business friendly.

    I have never liked banking but Bellco makes it pretty easy. Yes there are some issues but all banks have them. The people are always nice and helpful and will do whatever they can to make your visit worth it. I went in to fix my account and was helped by a very nice lady who led me through the issue, Bellco was the bank my parents use and they had me on it too so I didn’t have a choice on the matter but I am ok with it because these people are so friendly and it’s convenient to get to for me. Thanks all workers who work there. You guys are great!

    I got a car load through BellCo. The online banking services are often down and they don’t accept payment over the phone, so expect to visit the branch often if you do business with them. I would recommend another local credit union, like Elevations CU, that has a much more reliable online banking system. You can also get a human on the phone to help through issues, instead of BellCo’s endless automated phone system that often abruptly ends in “thank you for calling BellCo! Goodbye!” click.

    I wish I could give this company zero stars if I could. I echo the sentiment of other reviewers. The telephone portal is horrible to navigate. We literally wasted over TEN HOURS of time on it, trying to set-up autopay and resolve online line login issues. I've done online banking (exclusively) for 15 plus years between my normal bank (not a brick and mortar) and my regular credit union (out of state). No experience I've had banking can come close to relating to the pitiful experience with Bellco. 1) We've set-up auto pay three times and it's failed. Plus we've been hit with late fees each time 2) Bellco cannot/will not process external accounts internally. Meaning if you are executing an ACH payment (paying through an external bank account), a portal takes you to a third party and they charge a $3 processing fee. My normal credit union with one store front doesn't do this. They are set-up to process on the same site with no fees. 3) The phone line is not user friendly and agents are unhelpful and rude. I will be sending the car dealership I bought my car from a harsh letter. A massive disservice occurred by referring me to Bellco and the dealership will loose future business as a result of how poor the customer service has been with Bellco. If Bellco is an option, run away.

    I applied for an auto loan. They are pulling the absolute lowest credit score possible, definitely below a FICO 8. The "tier" they put me in was 30+ points below where I am at and I checked it minutes after they told me they pull Experian.

    I recently had a huge snafu with my accounts causing $775.00 in fees. I noticed this on Friday. I went to this branch on Friday, which was not even the branch I opened my account and starting from entering, I was greeted with phenomenal customer service and they did the best they could. The manager promised to go out of her way to escalate my issue to the appropriate person. She did and my issue is resolved. Thank you so much Brittany and April!! - You both have helped beyond words. I am truly thankful.

    Bellco is the most unorganized, mismanaged and unprofessional company. Avoid using them at all cost. Even if rates are better, I assure you it is not worth it. They continually mess-up on payments. How they still do not have functional automated systems is beyond me. Try to talk with the manager or a representative and I guarantee you they will pass you on to another department, which will surely do the same thing. Truly unbelievable!

    Absolutely abhorrent experience with Bellco, not at this branch but the company as a whole. Thankfully refinancing my loan through a different credit union. Bellco is great at taking money, but absolutely horrible at follow up, follow through and general customer service. The number of times I've had to call to get ONE issue resolved is embarrassing. I could go on and on about the terrible experience. Bottom line, Bellco will NEVER see another cent of my money.

    This is in regard to the main site so is really a corporate issue, but my hope is one of their employees will bubble this up. BellCo holds our home equity line, which we will be switching the SECOND we can. I have never been confronted with such a convoluted system. I can't set up online banking without first setting up phone banking. Phone banking is set up by calling in and waiting forever to talk to someone. Then I set up phone banking and had to call in again (this time for 30 minutes) because their system didn't work for me to create an online account. A tech support person had to try THREE different things (requiring me to enter my info over and over and over) before it finally worked. The cream on top? Once the account was finally created, she and I exchanged a mutual "Hallelujah" and hung up. I went to make a payment on my loan from an outside account and THEIR PAYMENT WEBSITE WAS DOWN. I wish I was kidding. My husband's log in just stopped working and the system told us we exceeded the number of attempted log ins each day when we attempted to log in. What this company does is offer a loan (in this case a home equity line) with exorbitant interest rates and then they make it impossible to pay it. I'm not saying that they make it difficult...they make it impossible. If you are considering a loan with this company, RUN away right away.
