    2nd Edit: After a second offer to cancel this card and send another, I just bit the bullet. I paid off the card. I'd rather deal with financial ruin than this company. EDIT: Ordered the replacement card on the 3rd. Shipped out on the 6th. It is the 29th. No card. At this point, the monetary emergency I needed this card for has passed. Customer service was as unhelpful as me not having the card itself. Their "responses" amounted to a "deal with it". I look forward to being free of this company. Original: When trying to replace my card in person, I was told to "pay $45 to expedite my credit card being shipped" or wait for it in the mail. So far, it's been ten days. No card. My new credit union issued a replacement the same day. I will be paying my credit off and using another CU, as should anyone with memory issues or veteran status. I'd add that I do not trust businesses that route individual branch locations to the same answering service. That, and it cost me $45 to expedite ship a refrigerated cake during the time it's taken me to not receive this card so I'm not sure how the metrics for their replacement card adds up. Thankfully, I've been able to refer my clients to other more suitable services and look forward to washing my hands of what feels like an attempt to grift my household despite 7 years with this CU.

    Very poor customer service, short, rude and insincere answers. I never ruled out being a member until now. As part of the Credit Union Co-Op, i am very disappointed in the way my wife and I were treated today at the Progress Location in Littleton.

    I want to warn everyone to never do business here - especially auto loans. They quite literally stole money from me. They said they were putting the sales taxes etc into my loan, and then comes to find out that I still had to pay the exact taxes at the DMV at registration. I gave Bellco months to reach back out after speaking with managers and multiple loan officers. They STILL have not reached out. I deserve my money back, but I won't get it. I will never do business here again, and I hope you don't either.

    The banking fees are too high here. I'd avoid this Credit Union. There are better options in the area.

    First of all I have to say quick and easy services they take no time at all. My husband and I came in with no appointment and James was very accommodating he could tell I really just wanted to get my adulting done and he made it work with how busy they were and no notice. The woman that helped us was wonderful and efficient thank you guys this is my first true experience with a credit union over a bank, so far worth the investment....;)

    The people on the front line are overall good. The institution as a whole is a bit antiquainted. The customer service hours are a bit weak. Even through the phone. And the little things. The app isnt the best. A lot of features are buggy and slow. Theyre slow at processing transations and having the spending reflect your balance in ypur account. And then there are things like a $6 fee to replace a debit your ATM did not return to me seems a bit steep for such a simple and commonplace item in this day and age. Especially when it was your ATM at fault for not returning my card. I mean its excessive, even if it was my own fault, but especially when It iwas Bellco's. Really considering moving away for these reasons. Also I just wanted a reprint of the exact same card, number and all and was more or less ignored as the teller just went on Auto Pilot and gave me a whole new card and number and all.

    Awesome service and a great place to bank. I have my auto loan and a checking account with these guys and I have always had great experiences both in branch and over the phone. The bankers at this branch have always been extremely polite and thorough in their knowledge,and the customer service on the phone was quick, easy and friendly!

    If you're of a younger age don't expect to receive any customer service or help from this place. They keep you from accessing your own money online and through the ATM for months on end but they'll let fraudulent charges be made, and when you ask a manager for help they will merely stick a phone number in your face and tell you they can't do anything, let alone have empathy or concern for the fact that your money has been stolen from you. Then you'll call the number and spend hours on the phone only to realize two weeks later that they never investigated the fraudulent charges and your whole paycheck has vanished into thin air. They're exclusive to Colorado which is a major inconvenience if you travel, of course if all your money gets stolen I guess that's not really an issue. SAVE YOURSELF. I will forewarn everyone I know NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH BELLCO.

    The people here are so nice and professional. Gets busy sometimes but when it happens, they are not standing around they are hustling and the desk bankers help out. Our business account here has been handled well and is just smooth and easy. Sad to see the low ratings, I love being a customer here.
